Canyon Racquet Club Condo... This lovely condo is centrally located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, just 15 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton Ski Resorts and just 30 minutes to Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons. The ski shuttle stop as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences are nearby. The ski shuttle is free if you purchase the discount lift tickets that I handle (Super Pass). These save from $10 to $20 per day per person, depending on which resort they are used at. They are good at all four of the local ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton). Just let me know how many you need and I will have them waiting for you at this condo when you arrive.

After a day of skiing one of Utah's World Class Ski Resorts (there are seven nearby, you choose which one), you can enjoy the nearby attractions (restaurants, movie theaters, professional basketball, shopping malls, ice skating, etc.), or you can simply relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the view of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains above or the Salt Lake Valley below.

After relaxing, you could go out to dinner to one of the nearby restaurants, or you can create your own gourmet meals in this condo's fully-equipped kitchen with dining for ten. We also have catering services available, including on site Chef. Chef Ryan Nelson is very reasonable with his rates and is very proffessional. Just ask for a menu and I will send you the details. The super maket is only 1/2 mile away, so if you forgot something you need, its a quick trip to the grocery. After dinner, you can relax by the fireplace , and enjoy conversation with family and friends, or watch TV (there are three with VCR's and DVD), one is a big screen. .After a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed, you can wake up in the morning, choose a different ski resort and do it all over again. Life is good!

I took an early retirement from Delta Airlines in 1992 to devote more time and effort to do ski accommodations and this is what I have been doing ever since. Everything you need, plus a pool table and spa, too!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals in various parts of the western United States. We have discovered that some are better appointed than others and a few are great. This is one of the great ones! We stayed Monday through Saturday, June 2017, and found this residence literally had everything we needed, and more! We found a well stocked pantry, large refrigerator, double garage with 3 remotes, small appliances (2 crock-pots, 2 coffee-makers, toaster, blender, electric griddle), full-sized ironing board and good iron, one washer and two dryers and impressive wifi and cable. There are six levels of stairs, so if that is a problem, you need to make a different selection. Our car's GPS had a little difficulty with directing us to the condo so we called Dennis (the property manager). He called us back immediately and talked us into the compound. The garages are large enough for a medium-sized SUV and one of the bays was deep enough for a bigger 7-passenger variety. Vertical clearance of the garage door might be challenging for taller vehicle hatches. The only negative was that the upper bedrooms were a bit warm--even with the air conditioning running. Balancing that many levels with one unit can be challenging. The views are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet and if you enjoy driving, you need to take a drive on east Wasatch over to Sandy. Access to the ski resorts is immediate and downtown is approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Shopping is nearby and TRAX allows transportation if you choose not to drive. We spent hours narrowing the VRBO field and the spa, pool table and large floor plan clenched the deal for us. We had three couples sharing this home and we enjoyed the privacy it afforded. We highly recommend this affordable property to anyone wanting a lovely "home away from home" in the Salt Lake City area, winter or summer.

Perfect for a large group!

There were 9 adults in our party! The home was perfect with the pool table and the hot tub! They both got lots of use!

We cooked a lot and the washer and dryer were a godsend! We spent two days at Snowbird and the skiing was fantastic!

Great condo

We enjoyed the condo. We have 10 people staying there and had plenty of room for folks to feel they had ample space. The kitchen was well equipped to handle you eating needs, and 3 bathrooms helps as well.

Fabulous for a big family!

We had a large crowd in this condo for Thanksgiving. It was perfect! Beautiful location up against the mountain. Lots of space and lots of rooms. We were lucky enough to get the master bedroom with a king sized bed and TALL ceilings. Really great. There are plenty of bathrooms and generally, things were clean. We loved the hot tub and using the pool table. 2 car garage, which was great. Driving into the condo complex is fairly hilly and steep. It was really snowing when we arrived and took some time getting to the condo. Something to be aware of but that shouldn't prevent us from renting again. The owner did give us great directions getting there. The kitchen was nice but I will say it needed more silverware and the cooking utilizes were sub par. The pots and pans needed a good scrubbing. Other than that, this was a great place! We would stay there again. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

A great place; even better than expected

This condo was a perfect spot for the 8 members of my team in Salt Lake City for a long weekend competition. There were plenty of comfortable beds for us, and the condo had everything we needed. The guys couldn't stop talking about how nice the place was. The attached two-car garage is convenient, and the kitchen is well-appointed. There are a lot of stairs in this condo, so if that's a concern you may want to think twice, but for anyone else this place is a hidden gem. We would definitely come back again.

The condo was clean and in great shape, and there are plenty of services nearby. If you're in Utah for skiing (we weren't) it's a near perfect location.
