Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Follow thermostat and mini-split instructions at the property prior to checking out.
Bag and place trash/recycling in shed cans. Close lids and secure shed door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put all trash in the designated bins located in the shed outside. No trash is to be left outside at any time.
No events, parties or large gatherings. Guests on property that are not in your guest list will be $200 fee per unauthorized guest.
An evacuation is required for any bedbugs/ants/mold, etc. for an inspection. Guest agrees to cover the cost of the inspection if nothing is found.

Great getaway in the woods

Wonderful house in the woods for our annual family trip. The house itself is clean and modern, with lots of thoughtful amenities throughout. Being in the woods, we saw wildlife and critters throughout the trip (as expected) but it was nothing that bothered the group. Lots of space for activities outside of the house, and the house itself was also a good size for us to cook, eat, converse, and play. Some minor comments (some outlets near the kitchen did not work, bathrooms need curtains on the windows, etc.) but overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend the trip.
