All the amenities are included plus front and back patios for outdoor living. The home is a member of the Green Valley Recreation Club and for a small monthly fee access becomes available to multiple pools, fitness facilities, pickleball courts, and other amenities. Close to restaurants, multiple golf courses, shopping, hiking and less than 30 minutes to the Tucson airport.

We are two couples (siblings)owning this property jointly. One couple is from Canby Oregon the other from Lyle Washington. We are all retired, several years, and all outdoor people. The property was purchased to get us away from winters grip in the northwest for a few months.
Why they chose this property
Another sibling owns the other half of this townhouse and in visiting we have fallen in love with the golf course views, the weather, and all the other amenities of Green Valley.
