This is a wonderful home. It is roomy, clean, tastefully decorated. It has a wonderful outdoor space and a great kitchen with all the pots and pans and dishes you would ever need. The owners were a delight to work with, responding very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend.

Our stay was very nice. Everything was just as presented. It was very clean, convenient and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates and they helped me fix that right away. We would certainly stay here again.

This is a lovely property to stay at! The hosts, Eben and Janet were excellent communicators without being the least bit intrusive. They were quick to respond to any message or text I sent them and very kind the few times we messaged them. The property is clean, and the lovely hosts have thought of everything. The washer and dryer were especially nice to be able to use. The beds were comfortable, as was the other furniture. My husband really appreciated the little office area, as he had to work while there. They have chosen nice quality appliances, as well. Coming from Sweden, where recycling is absolutely the norm, we really liked that they offered a recycling can for us to use. The bathrooms had *really* good water pressure. It was a great experience, and wonderful place to stay! We definitely hope it's available the next time we visit our family in the area. 10/10.

Very comfortable and well appointed

The house itself was super comfy, communication with owners super easy and access to the Rec centers super sweet. All in all a great place to stay in Green Valley.

Exceptionally comfortable townhome.

Exceptionally comfortable townhome in a quiet neighborhood, with a well stocked kitchen, ample daylight and generous living area. Short driving distance to all local amenities, GRV facilities, casino, shopping, and hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation days in Green Valley at this property.

If you like nice, comfort, clean and simple then book now! From the simple directions and communication to the simple key entry no owners manuel to get in, 1 remote for cable tv no college degree needed, and 1 page of requests from owners not a novel. It was so nice that in 10 minutes I was in the house, had a regular cup of coffee the tv on my channel and felt at home. Nothing like the 30 minutes it took me to figure out how to start and run my rental car. Simple and loving it. Thanks for sharing your home in beautiful Desert Hills.

Wonderful little hide away

We loved our little villa. Quiet location and so easy to get to Desert Hills social club, Safeway, and shopping centers. Villa had everything we needed to fix meals, lots of extra blankets for cool nights, great instructions for arrival and how to use WiFi and work tv. While there we swam almost daily, Madera Canyon, Tubac and the Kartchener Caverns which were well worth the drive.

Great get-a-way

We have chosen to stay at this rental 2x. We highly recommend this home in Green Valley, Az. The GVRs (rec. centers) are very nice with fitness rooms and pools and a sauna. The weather is great for walking, running and hiking. We hope to stay here again. Jackie & Steve

Wonderful stay!

Great place! Janet and Eben were wonderful hosts, Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The master King was very comfortable! No noise whatsoever. I loved sipping coffee and watching the mountains. Fully stocked kitchen! I will definitely come back!

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

We loved this spacious townhouse. Nicely decorated, and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Back patio was great for relaxing with a morning cup of tea and bird watching. Front patio was wonderful for evening dinner and sunset. Super close to Madera Canyon and Saguaro National Park, and other attractions. We will be looking to retire in the area soon!

We are from Kentucky but we discovered Green Valley, AZ, and fell in love with it. What's not to love? Warm, sunny winter days and beautiful views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Green Valley offers so much to do in the way of golf, tennis, swimming and crafting.
