Small cottage single family home located near Atlanta Braves Stadium- Cool Today Park, warm mineral springs park, Atwater community Park, shopping and many fishing locations as well as a short drive to the Venice Beach and Charlotte Harbor.

Cute little no frills, affordable place to stay! All the floors, cabinets and appliances are new. Keurig with coffee pods included! All TV’s are Amazon fire tv’s so be prepared to login (super easy with your Amazon account), and antennas are on every TV for free watching but I couldn’t pick up NBC fyi. The neighborhood is quiet and modest. Beds super comfy. I needed batteries for tv remotes and a strainer during my stay that the host promptly sent!

No driveway and an excavator in the front yard

I was notified by the host the week before about pavers being put down for the driveway. Didn’t expect a pile of cement and an excavator in the front yard! Then on Friday, the contractor shows up while we were out and dumped a pile of dirt in the “driveway” I had to drive on the neighbors lawn to park, since the pavers were delivered and were lined up on the lawn by the street. Then the workers showed up Saturday morning to start the work. I told them to come bank after my checkout time of 11am. I also got the wrong WiFi password from the host. The correct one was posted inside the house. The host was non-responsive for the most part-and was nasty when she did respond. I have lots of pictures!!

Everything was as advertised and we don’t have any complaints. One suggestion we have is to replace the living room furniture. The current furniture is very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Close to Us 41. Eazy access. Close to all your needs. It is one of the original homes in North Port. If you do not want city water you can go across street on US 41 Gator Water treatment has a machine located outside for filtered water . Bring your jug.
