We’re originally from Connecticut and spend time in Venice, Florida whenever we can. We love the beach, sunshine, being on the water, and hanging out with our dog. When we’re up north, you’ll usually find us skiing in the winter or hiking and enjoying nature. We enjoy hosting so others can experience the relaxed Venice lifestyle and the welcoming community of the mobile home park.

We chose this neighborhood for the great weather, the park amenities, and the friendly, quiet community. It’s a relaxed place to unwind, enjoy the Florida lifestyle, and feel right at home.
What makes this property unique
Our property stands out for its access to resort-style amenities and its great location. The park offers multiple pools, hot tubs, a gym, courts, and frequent community events, and the beach is just two miles away. It’s also close to one of the few dog-friendly beaches in Sarasota.
