Take in the Atlantic from the private balcony, cook in the full kitchen, and settle into a living space that opens to the view. Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath, and a pool for the afternoons. Charleston's historic district is a short drive when you want the city.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Ocean front views can be enjoyed on both levels of the home. The first balcony is located off the living room and two of the upstairs bedrooms boast a private balcony. Tropical Tides also grants access to the community pool for guests to enjoy between beach trips.
*Please note that while this condo is located within Wild Dunes and features its own community amenities; guests do not have access to Wild Dunes Resort or its respective amenities.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Isle of Palms under STR Operational Permit P-01101.
Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.
Guests have access to the property pool and all amenities.
The Neighborhood:
At the north end of Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes sits behind a gate that keeps it quieter and more private than the rest of the island. It's a settled, well-kept stretch where the days are easy: wide uncrowded beaches a short walk away, two well-regarded golf courses laid out along the dunes and marsh, and a marina close by for getting out on the water. Front Beach and historic Charleston are both an easy drive when you want them.
Getting Around:
✔ Walkable and bike-friendly island
✔ Car is best for visits to Mount Pleasant and Charleston
✔ Bike rentals and Uber/Lyft are readily available
Other Things to Note:
✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.
✹ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Contact our 24/7 Guest Services Line for assistance.
✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
