Stroll to beach from this fantastic location with pool located around the corner. Gorgeous channel view from the upstairs queen bedroom, adorable patio, 3 bedrooms PLUS a Queen pullout, PLUS a daybed area with a cute checkers game table for the kiddos! Four flat screen TVs to watch after a day at the beach! Plenty of seating with a huge granite island with 4 bar stools, 6 seat dining table bench, love seat and sofa.Dogs welcome w/approval & pet fee.See house rules. Permit 115130

This neighborhood is unique as it is located in the Leeward Bay Townhome complex which is only a short walk to the sand! Down the street on Whitecap you'll find a Pizzeria, Stripes gas station for a quick fill up or some snacks and try the many scrumptious restaurants on the island for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This open concept 3br/2ba townhome has over 1200 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. This home has plenty of room to gather and create delicious meals, kickback and watch any of the 5 flat screen TVs!
In the evening, you can indulge in luxurious comfort on a King bed (sleeps 2), a Queen (sleeps 2), 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), and a daybed with a trundle (sleeps 2) and a Queen pullout in the living room (sleeps 2)! Total of 10 Guests!
Complimentary Wifi, linens, towels, bedding, starter soaps, shampoo, and detergent are all included in your stay!

My kids and I enjoy the convenience of the beach being so close and the restaurants and activities being within minutes away! Neighborhood is clean and relaxing giving us a real beach vacation vibe!
What makes this property unique
This is a unique townhome with over 1300+ square feet of living space and conveniently located within a six minute walk to the beach! Never worry about parking as it also has 2 assigned spaces at the front of the unit! It is strategically situation just around the corner from the heated swimming pool!
