The home was in a great location! It is within walking distance of the Riverwalk so super easy to get to bars and restaurants. It is on a quiet street and we were always able to find parking right in front of house. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location. Very clean and felt safe. The owners were easy to talk to/get a hold of. We could come back again and again. Highly recommend

Very nice clean friendly neighborhood everything I needed the home had.
My family met up to celebrate a birthday and graduation. The bungalow gave us the space we needed at a good rate. The location worked perfectly for us to hit the beaches and enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.
This cozy bungalow was cozy and perfectly adequate for our needs. The property and amenities were exactly as listed. It was very clean, cute, and comfortable. I would have appreciated more attention to detail for turnover. There were a number of little things that added up to a less than stellar impression: The porch light was off when we arrived (on a very dark and rainy night), making it very difficult to locate the property and make our way to the door; the towels were freshly laundered and folded neatly on the beds, but the bath towels were still quite damp, which was quickly remedied by tossing them into the dryer; there was a thumbtack on the floor, thank goodness I found it before any of us stepped on it; and the liner had not been replaced in the trash can. Small enough issues individually, but the cumulative effect created a poor first impression. The location is interesting. The location of the Daily Record newspaper office (burned during the Wilmington Coup of 1898) is kitty corner across the intersection with 7th Street, in the parking lot of Saint Luke AME Zion Church, which is one of the oldest churches in North Carolina.
