You will love the views from the 800 sf private beach balcony on the 9th floor! This condo is 1550 sf and has been extensively renovated. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen along with gorgeous custom cabinets and granite countertops. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, blender, toaster, large pots, plenty of dishware, glassware and cutlery. The table seats 8 with 2 barstools for additional seating. You'll find 6 balcony barstools and table for al fresco dining or enjoy a beverage with a view from one of 3 chaises. The bedrooms (upstairs) are King, Queen and Queen with a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to private 10th floor balconies overlooking the bay and beach. The Master bathroom is ensuite with newly remodeled bathroom and walk-in shower while the two Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom that has also been completely remodeled. There is a large half bath downstairs decorated with custom cabinetry and beautiful granite as well as a stacked washer/dryer. New A/C units up and downstairs.

Why Beth chose Gulf Coast

Our family of five began coming to South Padre Island for vacations 20+ years ago. We have stayed in Sunchase IV (where the condo is located) and Sunchase Beachfront exclusively. Both have great amenities but we really liked the quiet interior hall ways, elevators and redone pool area in Sunchase IV. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well-kept and the service is friendly. After so many years of visiting SPI, we wanted to make this condo the best of all we have seen.

What makes this condo unique

The outdoor hot tub is huge (occupancy limited to 16)! The pool has 3 nice waterfall areas - very refreshing after a long day at the beach. There is umbrella and chaise lounge chair rental through Jim's Beach Service and it can be arranged online or in person. Southwest flies into Harlingen and you can arrange a shuttle ($25) from South Padre Island Shuttle to drop you at the front door. There is plenty of security. This development is gated and has a numeric keypad for entrance to and exit from the beach.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. This place was stocked with everything and more to make this a special occasion. The views are priceless!! The entire condo was inviting and decorated very well. The kitchen and wet bar are stocked with everything but the food and adult beverages.

The owner was very easy to work with and delivered what was promised. The location of the property was perfect, right off the causeway.

I am definitely going to come back.

Our stay October 13th thru19th. Just to start off with the view of the Gulf amazing.

The cool breeze on the huge balcony breath taken. The condo is on two floors. The bed rooms are upstairs each with there own balconies very cool. Awesome, you can see the sunset over the bay in the evening's. And the sunrise just as amazing. The condo has everything you need and more. Such a nice up to date and very clean. Beth is awesome if you have an issue she is fast to respond. Like I did but my fault not Beth's. A short walk to the beach. Over all this place is awesome. And I've stayed in several condo's on the island none can compare. Can't wait to come back in June.

I just spend a weekend at this condominium and had a great time with my family. This condo is an excellent place to spend a vacation, very clean and organized, With its breathtaking views of the Island from the living room balcony to the different views from each balcony on every room. You’ll almost have a 360 degree view of South Padre Island. The large balcony is big enough to have music and dance a few songs with you wife or partner. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there. The owner is always there for you with any questions or concerns. My family and I had a wonderful weekend vacations and will definitely rent this condo again and will recommend it to family, friends and anyone who is in search of an excellent condominium in the Island.
