Overall, we were happy with the comfort and safety of the neighborhood that we stayed in. It's in a great location for sub 20 minute access to a lot of things in the area. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was overall great, and the porch area was charming and quiet.A few things were undesirable about our stay. The kitchen was not very well maintained - I couldn't find a spatula to make eggs with, and there is only a k-cup coffee machine so we had to buy our own for ground coffee. The pans are old and dirty, and we were quickly swayed away from cooking during our stay. The house felt more like a vacation house, rather than a home...meaning there was no "personal charm"The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, however at no point during our stay did it dispense hot water. The shower less than two feet away was hot just fine, but we were unable to enjoy a winter bath during our stay. This was one of the things that made us rent, so it was disappointing. Overall it was comfortable, but there were too many things missing, and not having hot water during winter time for a bath is just not acceptable in my book. I'd recommend this place if you don't care about the negatives, but I personally will not be staying because I don't think it's worth the price.
