Great property in great neighborhood.

Super location, great pet friendly house, yard, and neighborhood. Very quiet oasis close to everything. We will definitely stay here again next time I have business in the Sacramento area!

Cute little place and fun for kids to play arcade games host was amazing able to get in contact with replied and was even understanding of my situation and was able to book me an extra day overall great home I would come back again

Our stay was the perfect ending to our travels. Absolutely charming. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Walked around the corner to an excellent Italian restaurant. Stop in to Mattone's for a delicious meal, then stroll on back for a good night's sleep. The decor simply said "home" when you enter the door.

We came in for a weekend festival. Our original house was unexpectedly unavailable and we had to scramble 3 days prior to find another location. We were really happy to find this house! Rental group was very good about answering my email for an early entry and excellent about keeping us updated on check in. The house itself was great. Room for everyone! Loved the added security on the gated parking!

This is a book lovers paradise. Marsha is very welcoming and helpful. She is generous with snacks and beverages. The layout of the suite is perfect and nicely decorated. The suite is located on the main floor of the owner’s home with a thin wood door separating the two. Marsha tries to be respectful of one’s privacy. Laundry facilities are in the garage across the courtyard. Didn’t mind that as the courtyard is beautifully arranged with lovely plants.

Location close to UC Davis Med Center, downtown, midtown, etc. Especially loved the pack n play with sheet and baby blanket, booster seat, kids utensils and plates ! Made it very convenient for us to travel with our young children! They were very communicative as well. They didn’t have stoppers for the bathtubs (my kids love to take baths) and they immediately responded that they’d bring some later that day. I appreciated their offer and willingness to do that! I recommend this place! Thanks for sharing your home!
