This is formerly the developer’s home and the Largest Private Home, the Largest Private pool and Private driveway that is located at the home (and not down the hill or on the street if you are lucky). Our home is located at a high level in the community resulting in "Stunning unobstructed views of Bahia Hermosa off of the balconies.

Our hill-side private villa also offers spectacular unobstructed ocean views off the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room areas. The outside decks (3) come with comfortable lounge furniture and a gas grill. The recently updated private pool is the largest in the resort and community and provides the perfect opportunity to relax and cool off while enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

There is a large hotel pool with a swim up bar right below our home, another large hotel pool with an amazing sun deck and look out as well as a third smaller sized jet tub/pool.

The custom kitchen has solid wood, local cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the items you will need for meal preparation. The villa is comfortably appointed with handmade local furniture that can COMFORTABLY accommodate up to 9 guests.

Each bedroom has a full ensuite bath, beautiful furnishings with luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and bed coverings. The bathrooms are all roomy and beautifully appointed.

Northwest on the Pacific Ocean, Playa Hermosa is known for its warm climate, incredible bird watching, fishing, excellent scuba diving, snorkeling, and beaches. Humpback whale migration is seen off our coast. This is not the Playa Hermosa that is located near Jaco.

The skies are so full of stars that you will be amazed as there is no ambient light and pollution to block your efforts.

Just a 25 minute drive from the Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia.

GUEST ACCESS AND AMENITIES:

The exclusive community of Villas Sol is gated and employs a 24 hr. security team at the gates and patrols throughout the property 24 hrs a day. You will have all of the benefits of High End resort-style living with access to the common pools, restaurants, spa and tennis courts, with all of the privacy of your own home situated in a quiet location. Also, Villas Sol offers the community experience with restaurants and bars and there are world class restaurants nearby.
Additionally, the community offers complementary shuttle service, running approximately every 10 - 15 minutes so you can be at the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling where you can take advantage of the complimentary resort shuttle to take you directly back to our home.

PERSONAL NOTES:

When we were looking for our forever home we didn't want to waste time driving for hours either versus enjoying ourselves as quickly as we could and we are so excited that we chose Playa Hermosa and Villa Sol 67.

We purchased our first rental property in Costa Rica in 1995 and this spectacular forever home in the spring of 2024. Collectively my wife and I have been in the short term rental and Property Mgmt. Industry for over 70 years and this is going to be our forever home when we retire sometime after 2028.

It is our goal to maintain this home with the highest of standards as it has been for many years and by utilizing the existing courteous and helpful staff so we can ensure that all of its high standards and comfort levels are maintained and or surpassed.
