Ocean View Cottage with Rooftop Deck

Melbourne Beach is the best spot for surf, fish, and sand. This unit is directly across the street from the beach with a deeded beach access. One bedroom and one bathroom with shower. It is one side of a duplex. Private backyard with tiki bar, outdoor shower and table to dine on. Stairs lead up to a rooftop deck that you can enjoy the ocean breeze and view from across. There are 2 bikes and a grill to use along with 2 beach chairs. Really ideal for 2 people it does sleep 4. The queen bed and twin bed are in the same room. There is also a chair in the living room that opens to a single bed.

Great, cozy place. It's a great quiet, relaxing place stay. It was perfect for the two of us. There is plenty to do in the area and having the beach right across the road was just what we were looking for. The host was super responsive to any questions/needs we had. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area.
