It is one side of a duplex. Private backyard with tiki bar, outdoor shower and table to dine on. Stairs lead up to a rooftop deck that you can enjoy the ocean breeze and view from across. There are 2 bikes and a grill to use along with 2 beach chairs. Really ideal for 2 people it does sleep 4. The queen bed and twin bed are in the same room. There is also a chair in the living room that opens to a single bed.
