Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

I would like to remind you that check-out time is tomorrow by 10:00 AM, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Late check out will result in a $300.00 fee.

Please place any used towels & linens in bags hanging in laundry area, refer to the check-out sheet on kitchen counter. Place all trash is bagged & placed in the provided bins in the driveway.

Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away. Please make sure any outdoor items you used are re-strapped down.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
