Our family of 7 loved the location. It is just a short couple of blocks from the Savin Hill Red Line stop. Extremely easy to navigate into Boston with little ones. There is a grocery store on the walk home to stop for anything you may need. And almost across the street is a Walgreens! The unit is very clean and nice. Beds comfortable. With our family, eating at a table together was tough but very workable. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The unit could have used a guide sheet with instructions so we didn’t have to “figure out” a few things. However, it was not a negative. The kitchen was adequate and very clean. We did have to purchase some basics like foil/plastic wrap etc.A few items needed to be replaced/repaired but again not a deal breaker.We felt very safe with the security locks and system…although the street was noisy at times.Our main issue was communication with the host. Several of our messages did not reach them and so a phone call was needed to communicate instead of texting. Once we did communicate the host was very kind and helpful to our needs.

Spent a long weekend in town with family. Easy access to Boston area for sight seeing and experiences.property was in great shape and easy to access.

Marathon Gathering

The property would have been a good fit but when we arrived at night to check in, it had not been cleaned and prepared for us. The host apologized and offered to clean it right then at 8 PM but that would have been inconvenient. The host said they had another place nearby and they would see if it was clean. They said they would give us 50% of their payout. One hour later we relocated there . The new place only had 1 bathroom instead of 2 like the original place and wasn’t as nice but we were glad to have a place to stay. There was a motion light in an adjacent parking lot that went on and off throughout the night, which was unpleasant while trying to sleep.

Came to Boston for our son's graduation and the place was perfect! Shops are definitely within walking distance. Communication with host was quick and minor items were taken care of immediately and professionally! Would stay here again!
