Street cleaning schedule (from April to November):
• Fridays – Right side (1st & 3rd weeks)
• Fridays – Left side (2nd & 4th weeks)
**Please double-check posted signs to avoid tickets during cleaning hours.
If you’re unsure where to park, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you to the best available spots!
Self Check-In
- Check-in is easy and contact-free.
- You’ll receive your unique entry code one day before arrival — simply enter it on the smart lock to access Unit #1 in the duplex.
• If you need help or have any questions during check-in, we’re always just a message away and happy to assist!
Full Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit, offering privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Enjoy all the amenities of this modern Boston retreat, including a private entrance, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and outdoor area.
The driveway and backyard are shared with the tenants in Unit 2.
**The basement is not a livable space and is not accessible during your stay.

Trash Disposal
Place trash bags in the green barrels under the back stairs. Blue barrels are for recycling only. Do not leave trash on or around the stairs—it attracts pests.
No Smoking or Substance Use
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. Violation = $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund.
No Parties or Loud Gatherings
Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties, events, or loud music. Violations may result in eviction without refund + a $1,000 fine and any additional damages.
Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in your reservation (including children) may be on the property. Unauthorized visitors = $200 per person per night and possible cancellation.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted. Violations incur a $300 per pet per night fee + double cleaning fee + possible cancellation.
Cleaning
Please report any cleaning issues upon check-in. Excessive mess or neglect of trash rules may result in additional cleaning charges.
Lost or Damaged Items
Guests will be charged twice the replacement cost for any missing or damaged items. Lost or damaged remotes incur a $200 replacement fee.
Security Cameras & Noise Sensors
Exterior cameras and noise-monitoring devices operate 24/7 for safety. Do not cover or tamper with them—this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Child Safety
Children are welcome, but parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervision and safety at all times. Please review listing photos for suitability.

Use of the bunk beds is at your own risk. By booking, you accept full responsibility for anyone using the bunk beds and hold the host harmless for any injuries or accidents.
