Spacious (1,511 sq ft.) great natural light & energy. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath Private Office (3rd Bed) w/sleeper sofa, Desk & TV. Open Plan single story/no stairs patio home (not a condo) w/ vaulted ceilings, 4 Solar tubes to bathe it in light. The Kitchen (fully loaded) with newer S.S. appliances. It lives more like a single family home than any condo. Two living areas have large Roku TV's (Great Room & Den). Two Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, a 3rd Bedroom set up as a Den/Office. Three new TV's LR, Den, Main Bedroom. The Den (3rd bedroom) has a desk w/ WIFI, TV, sleeper sofa & lounge chair. It is a 2nd living room. This IS NOT a 4 Bedroom vrbo counts the living room as a bedroom since I have a sleeper. Enjoy the large covered patio where you can enjoy drinks, use our grill, dine or just relax or read on the comfortable love seat & lounge chairs. Your car will have an assigned Covered Carport (no garage) and there is plenty of additional parking, but you may not need a car much as you will be walking distance to all downtown. This is a small, very quiet & safe (non transient) complex of Full Time Senior Owners. There are only 4 of these ground level patio homes nobody below or above and 24 smaller stacked 2/2 Condos. Pool & Spa 50' from your door. 1 Dog friendly (under 50 lbs.). Possibly 2 tiny dogs.

This home will be cleaned and managed to hotel standards. In most cases we conduct a personal check in at the property to make you comfortable about finding your way around the home. Somebody will be on call during your stay to answer questions or to solve any unforeseen issues. We live a block away NOT in another time zone. Minimum Stay 30 days in off season 90 in Winter.
