This newly constructed and prestigious building is conveniently located in the heart of Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA. A comfortable setting away from home is provided with full size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are located in the living room with a sofa bed provided for additional guest. One bathroom with Soap, Shampoo and conditioner included. Towels located in the closet of the bedroom. If you need to wash clothes during your stay, a washer and dryer is in the hallway. Free parking is located in front of the building and additional spots is located at the end of the block with open lots.

Great place to stay.

This apartment is lovely. The building is rather new and it appears this area of Philadelphia is being rehabbed. There were restaurants within walking distance and it's is located near I-95 for easy access to travel to and from Wells Fargo Arena.

Great location, lovely apartment, responsive host

Excellent location a 10 minute walk from restuarants, cafes, & bars in Fishtown. Apartment was very clean and well kept in a new building. Kevin our host responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had. Would easily recommend this listing.

The Drag Racing!

Brand new apartment in new building. Very nice! The kitchen is still sparsely equipped. Needs room darkening blinds because the front rooms get the morning exposure. Bring earplugs. An I-95 interchange runs right next to apartment, and there's drag racing in the middle of the night was a problem.
