Beautiful Home!

Loved the pool and size of the home was more than enough for our family. Bedroom themes are adorable. Loved the layout!

The house was great had everything we needed we had problems with the fridge in which was repaired. We had problems with anyone answering our request for cleaning the pool which was very dirty and paid for pool heat for our stay and only had three days of heat it took two weeks for anyone to repair the heater and broke again after it was repaired. Our stay was 32 days

Owner is in Brazil so as mentioned took a little time, but communicated very well. Some of the furniture was worn/not working, but it was still okay. The pool was also nice, you can pay extra to have the heat turned up. Very cozy feel and nice floor plan for multi generational use. The rental company was not easy to get a hold of and not quick to respond and sometimes didn’t respond at all. One of the back bedrooms would not cool down the entire stay, the rest of the rooms were nice and cool. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. I would recommend checking beneath the sheets in the baby crib area, and washing the bedding before using the crib bedding. I would return to stay if I needed to come stay again.

Beautiful centralized location

Due to a data entry error it took over an hour and a half to get the correct door code. The pool was green — looked like it needed vacuuming. They did send a guy who cleared up most of the green color but it was not perfect. However, the rest of the stay was absolutely perfect! Quiet beautiful neighborhood! Very peaceful! Gorgeous resort. We will gladly stay again! Would recommend!

Once and done!

Pros: 1. basically clean enough but as many short term rental properties the cleaners really do need to look up. Almost every property we have rented ( typically 3-4 per year) has ceiling fans and rarely are they without dust and cobwebs 2. Comfortable bed in master ( just us so didn't use the others) Cons: 1. Asked three times for pool heating, told we would be invoiced but this never came. This begs the question as to whether or not it's working that they wouldn't be interested in a month of fees for this. 2. There are definitely kitchen basics to get you through a shorter term but for those staying for a month or longer you're limited to cooking options. 3. Limited number of well worn towels considering that the property sleeps 8. 4. The one Living room couch is definitely pasted it's 'best before date'
