Excellent!

Cleanest, neatest place I’ve rented in a while! Super nice hosts! Quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight! Overall a perfect non-worrisome trip. Lots of fishing!

Clean and beautiful!

We rented this home to be close to my fathers for Thanksgiving. The home is very clean. The deck is nice to go out on during the early mornings to watch the sun come up and to watch the sun go down. The deck is huge! I would recommend this home and thank you to James and Tanya for sharing their home with us. It did take us a couple days to figure out what Corky Bells was. Lol

Perfect Exists!

I read the reviews preceding my booking and I can not really expound any better than the nine reviews before mine. Every word is absolute truth and if you value great people and super digs, while you’re in Florida, you’ve found the right place. The homeowners are awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we return to this area. Very very very pleased with our choice to book this property.

Photo Doesn't Do Justice For The Property

I've given the property listing a low rating as result of the fact the listing photo does not effectively portray the excellence of the host's top notch property. It's a giant, well furnished, well equipped and laid out spotless home. Everything needed is in place and in A1 condition. ... and the host is as accommodating and pleasant as can be.

Highly Recommend!

This was our second stay at this property and both visits have been perfect. Tanya is amazing and makes sure you have everything you need. Even checking on you through messaging/text while you're there. House is very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Truly one of the most pleasant VRBO experiences I've ever had.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hostess was extremely easy easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this property.

great access to the St Johns River

comfortable beds, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped,wifi worked great, good dock for two boats. large deck. The property owner was outstanding given the fact that we had to leave over two weeks early due to Covid19 concerns. we received a generous refund. I would highly recommend this rental

Nice house, great hosts!

Our group very much enjoyed our stay. All the essentials were available for us to use and Tanya was very kind to message and make sure we had everything we needed. Cute house and quiet neighbors so we were happy as can be!

James and Tanya have been so wonderful to us. Always quick to respond to any questions and checked on us often to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We were only planning on being in their home for a month while our home was being repaired from hurricane Irma. Well we have been here for 3 months! We truly appreciate them working with us. The home is very cozy and homelike. Super clean and plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We even had our grandchildren over and were able to catch quite a few fish. Neighbors are very nice and quiet. I would highly recommend James and Tanya's home.
