About this property

NEW Treehouse at Link Lane 2 Acres w Hot Tub

The Treehouse at Link Lane is a newly renovated A-frame home easily accessible to all Wimberley has to offer. Experience tranquil country living on just under 2 acres- perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends and family! The property is within close proximity to the Wimberley Square (10 min) for shopping/dining, the best Blanco River access at 7A Ranch (5 min), hiking/biking trails & wineries galore! The outdoor space is equipped with a hot tub, TV, fire pit, grill, playset & horseshoe pit!

This property is located about a half a mile down a GRAVEL ROAD (it can get bumpy!) The street signs are small- be sure to use GPS and watch our for deer in the neighborhood!

Plenty of parking is available to our guests in front of the home. Guests are welcome to invite family/friends to enjoy the property as well, but please keep in mind our home is only suitable for up to 8 overnight guests.

We live in town and can be available though in-app messaging.
Pets: We only allow dogs included on the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when guests are not inside the home.

Septic/Grease Disposal: Our home is on a septic, so please do not flush feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Please dump any excess grease in trash can or outdoor fire pit. We do not have a garbage disposal.

No Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the home. Smoking is allowed in the side yard/fire pit area only

No Extra Guests: Our home is only suitable for up to 8 guests. We do not charge per person, and do not allow additional guests that are not on the reservation.

Report Any Damages: If any damages occur during your stay, please let us know immediately to possibly avoid further charges.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Can we move here?

We loved this space so much, we booked an extra day!The Property: kids appreciated the open spaces, tree climbing, star-gazing, and hot tub. Our dogs loved to run around, as the yard was fully fenced in, with no areas to get out. We loved eating at the table outside, fire pit for s'mores, (they even had a fire ready for us on the first night!) gorgeous outdoor lighting, and handy outdoor laundry room/bathroom in one. Kitchen: everything you would need to cook, with a bonus of a Keurig, K-cups, and an amazing spice rack. HEB delivers to the property, which is a huge plus, and all the appliances worked well. Cute dining space!Upstairs: Could not be more magical with the cozy A-frame style. The kids have never slept so hard! There were also books, toys, and plenty of space for everything we brought for the week. The stairs are lighted for your convenience, and ALL of the beds were comfortable! Living Room: Lots of seating, a TV, board games, and toys. We actually never used any of those things because we were busy outdoors, but it was nice to have the option. Bathroom: Great shower pressure, lots of towelsBedroom: Great bed, big closet, and we loved the office space so my husband could workWe can't wait to visit again. A big thank you to our attentive hosts!
