Cool patio with ping pong table and fountain, trampoline, 360 degree views, piano (in tune), comfy couch with stereo, Roku streaming, Wi-Fi, landline phone, exercise equipment, computer printer. Spacious kitchen with stove, refrigerator, DW, toaster, blender, etc. Master bedroom/bathroom w/ TV and Roku streaming. Off-grid solar and wind-powered home w/ generator back-up.
