Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo. Located in one of Galveston's most desirable vacation getaway spots, this two bedroom, two bath condo has everything you will need for your beach vacation. Enjoy free wi-fi, flat screen smart TV's in the living area and both bedrooms and a DVD player in the living area. Kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom all look out to the beach, with access to your private balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave and all of the serving and cooking amenities you will need. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view watching the sunrise from your balcony. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. In addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper in the living room, so the unit can accommodate 6 people. This unit is centrally located, just a short walk to the beach walk over and the main clubhouse/pool complex. Elevator access makes it easy to move in/move out. Enjoy one of the most relaxing vacation stays of your life.

Pointe West is a master planned resort community located on a beautiful property on the far west end of Galveston island. The resort boosts almost 1000 acres of cottages, condominiums, a beach club with a large pool area with private cabanas and covered seating areas. Pointe West is a great place to stay! This condo was perfectly located with easy parking, elevator service, and beautiful gulf views. Great family vacation

We had a snag with the cleaning service, however property owner kept good communication with me and immediately corrected the problem. I appreciate the owner anticipating things like the need for extra hangers, oscillating fan, ziplock bags, cooking spices! The kitchen was stocked with cookware. I was well packed, but happy to see the extra touches to make our stay feel like home. The overall property is beautiful and well maintained. Our 5 & 2 yr old LOVED the pools, and lazy river! The location of this specific condo is amazing! Just a short walk to main beach club, pools, boardwalk and beach! We loved the unobstructed gulf views from their spacious balcony. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

The location was perfect, close to the beach club and access to the beach. You can’t get a closer unit! The views from the balcony were so peaceful and beautiful. We love Pointe West for its family, friendly and clean environment. Pool side service was great. Highly recommend checking out the bayside “lazy river” pool. It’s very kid-friendly and less crowded. *be advised* Saturdays in the summer the bar will have live music 6-10pm, you can hear it from the unit (this could be a positive or negative just depends on your preference)

Another great stay!

We stayed at this condo in 2017 and decided to come back and see if it’s as great as we remembered. It is! It has the perfect location next to the pool, and Pointe West has the best amenities, if you don’t mind being off the beaten path (25 minutes from the Seawall). This time we rented a golf cart (Rick’s golf carts) and we HIGHLY recommend that! We ate dinner at the PW rooftop bar which was also good. Our elevator wasn’t working, which we were warned about ahead of time. It was a bit of a bummer on arrival and leaving but definitely didn’t ruin our trip. This condo is supplied with a beach umbrella, tent, beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, beach towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush, grab your groceries on the way in and you’re all set!

We enjoyed the easy access location to condo and beach. Having the covered parking and elevator was convenient. A bit disappointed the restaurant and bar opened up for the season the day before we left. It was close to our relatives that we visited during our stay. Overall good.

Beautiful and comfy condo with huge balcony

Stayed 2 nights and condo had everything we needed and very clean and comfy. The balcony was huge and was so nice sitting out there and had a great breeze. The amenities of the property were a bit lacking especially since that was an extra cost and the restaurant onsite was okay. The pool was nice and the view of the beach was great. The owner was very accommodating and very fast response. We would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it!

Great place!

This place was beautiful! It was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. There was even an emergency water shut off and Cheryl was very open about it and kept us in the loop. The pools were great! My family preferred the one that wasn’t at the Beach Club but off the bay as they loved the lazy river. The view was amazing! Every morning you can watch the sunrise. It’s the one thing I will miss most! Beach was great! We had fun looking for shells and looking at al the different wild life that is out there. Only thing I would change was the bed in the master room, my husband moved around a lot when he sleeps and the bed was a little noisy with every turn he made while sleeping. The other beds were comfortable!

Amazing Property

Let’s start off with the owners of the property. Normally you can’t check in early (before 4PM) at most anywhere you stay. But, there was a hurricane in the vicinity a day before our stay and the people that were leasing the condo opted to leave early. Long story short, the owners made it to where I could avoid Houston traffic and check in a few hours early. Now to the condo, it is the best location at all of Pointe West in my opinion. Right next door to the Pointe Weat Resort, and just a minute walk to the walkover to go to the beach.

Why they chose this property

We have been frequent visitors and vacationers to Galveston since 1980, having stayed at a number of beach houses, hotels, and condos over the years. After one stay at Pointe West a few years ago, we fell in love with the community and decided to make this our permanent vacation getaway spot. Pointe West is a hidden gem on the west end of the island that many people in Houston still don't know about. It's far enough away from hustle of Galveston's seawall hotels and restaurants that you will feel like you are on your own private beach community, but just a short drive to the many attractions that Galveston has to offer, like Moody Gardens Aquarium, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Rainforest Cafe, the Strand shops and restaurants, and first class golfing, just to name a few. We know you will enjoy your stay here.

What makes this property unique

The West End of Galveston is known for it's peaceful, relaxing pace and the widest, most beautiful beaches on the island. Some of the most beautiful homes in Galveston are located on the far west end for good reason. Pointe West has miles of walking and bike trails with lots of beautiful ocean and bay views. At almost 1000 acres, you can even rent a golf cart to see all of what Pointe West has to offer. Your family will love it, just like we do.
