Cozy, new cabin over overlooking Clinch River. The cabin features a balcony, fire pit, grill and picnic table. All linens are provided. Guests will have access to Clinch River from our property and will be provided 1 bundle of firewood and chicken eggs fresh from our farm.

Relaxing

The home and location was perfect for me for my fishing retreat on the clinch river. Highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful

Cabin was exactly as shown in pictures. View from balcony/patio was beautiful and entire area was serene and peaceful. We were greeted in the morning by goats and Prince (a white peacock) and enjoyed watching them play. Kitchen had everything i needed to make tacos for family we were visiting in Sneedville. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions and even left the lihjt on for our after dark arrival. We will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay high above the valley for the ultimate view. Greeted by the most adorable goats on each of our returns. We rented kayaks for a 3-4 hour clinch river float, which is a must do to appreciate the area. Our cabin was delightfully decorated. It smelled like fresh cut wood -love that smell! It had ample space for the three of us. We ate in most of the time and used the grill. Had access to laundry machines too. It’s the perfect destination to be away from the noise. We had use of the campground and pavilion too. The hosts are welcoming and very friendly and accommodating.
