Unregistered overnight guests must approved prior to stay. $40 night fee per guest after 4. unapproved guests will be a $100 per night / guest fee
Quiet time is 8pm to 8am, neighbors will call the police for noise.

Lovely House in a Quiet Neighborhood

My husband, sister-in-law, and I enjoyed our stay at this updated home.PROS: This remodeled home has nice tile flooring, 2 spacious bathrooms, and a large living room.Quiet neighborhood.Ability to park in a garage.Very clean.We appreciated all the switches were labeled.Great pool area - lots of chairs and the pool was clean and warm.Screened-in lanai with comfy furniture and a table for outside eating.Owner was fast to respond to any questions.Convenient to stores.CONS: Kitchen supplies were a little meager compared to other places we've rented.
