TVs in both bedrooms and fast high speed WIFI. Relax and enjoy yourself in the comfort of your own home with all the amenities you need. Feel at home in this cozy and modern beach bungalow. Quiet and serene neighborhood with palm trees and a 1 mile walk to the beach! Includes an outdoor patio and parking for 1 car on the driveway. Disclaimer: There will be construction noise on the garage next to unit from January 1-March 31 on weekdays from 7am -3pm. If this is a problem please do not book.

GORGEOUS UPDATED & CLEAN HOUSE
This newly renovated home is perfect for families, friends, groups and singles. The home has lounging and dining space, which means your group can make beautiful memories together and also have some space for downtime as well.

The home has two bedrooms with clean linens, bathroom with shower/bathtub, living room, full kitchen & dining area, and laundry. It even has a patio outside that guests are welcome to use. If you MUST work, we have fast wifi. Your entire group can stay connected with no issue. Use your own apps on the Smart TVs.

The kitchen is gorgeous - new and sparkling clean, with everything pot, pan, and dish you could need to make a home cooked meal. We also provide cooking spices, olive oil, and a coffee/tea bar (a Keurig, K-Cup pods, tea bags and kettle).

To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide these toiletries for you in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Additionally, there is a full washer and dryer, free for your use.

Enjoy a cute front porch, and completely gated private back patio.

There is 1 dedicated spot for you in the driveway- large enough to park a car and boat, as well as plentiful free street parking out front.

Beautiful cottage in a sweet neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors. Convenient to stores, cafes and the beach. We had everything we needed for a great weekend.
