Welcome to your comfortable coastal getaway in Long Beach! This bright and inviting two-bedroom, one-bathroom home offers a relaxing place to stay just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, shops, and everything that makes the Long Beach coast so enjoyable.

The home features a spacious, open living area, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable bedrooms, and a clean, updated bathroom. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the comfortable furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, preparing dinner, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

The location is ideal for exploring the area. Spend the day walking along the waterfront, relaxing at the beach, enjoying the restaurants and nightlife of Belmont Shore, or exploring nearby Long Beach attractions. Downtown Long Beach and other popular destinations are also an easy drive away.

Please note that there are approximately 15 concrete steps leading up to the front entrance, so the property may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations.

A small, friendly older dog lives on the owner’s side of the duplex. The dog does not have access to the guest unit.

Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property, exterior cameras are in use.
• 1 camera overlooks the apartment's patio at 46 Park.
• 2 cameras monitor the entryway and front patio at 44 Park, the attached property.
• 1 camera monitors the exterior garage area at the rear of the property.

There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. Exterior cameras do not monitor interior living spaces or bedrooms.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When you check out. Please leave the towels in the tub and put any trash in the can outside the garage. Please leave the key to the garage and the garage door opener on the kitchen counter.
Please also set the thermostat to 76 when you leave. I’d also really appreciate a review—it’ll help other guests find a place that fits their needs. Thanks again and enjoy the rest of your trip!

Why they chose this property

Belmont Shore is a wonderful little gem in Long Beach. It is uniquely LA - combining both the character of Los Angeles with an unpretentious beach experience. Belmont is uniquely located between both a south facing open water beach and a nestled cove surrounding Naples island with calm waters perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. Its perfect for a family getaway or to bring your dog to Rosie's dog beach.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is just the right size for a couple, small family or group of friends. Its literally 500 feet from Rosie's Dog Beach and comes ready for you to enjoy. Park Ave with its tree lined street is the best of Belmont Shore - close enough to the beach without the chaos of beachgoers passing by constantly.
