Welcome to the Belmont Beach Casita! The Belmont Beach Casita is an UPSTAIRS UNIT of a REAR BUILDING. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Located just two blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to 2nd St. Belmont Shore area has many restaurants and shops. ONE RESERVED PARKING spot in the rear of the building. Will only fit a standard mid size or compact car. Free and ample street parking. Walking distance to 2nd Street Belmont Shore where there are many restaurants and shops. Absolutely NO parties or excessive noise or music at any time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

FYI: Exterior Ring security camera flood light facing parking lot & bottom of staircase only.

The host was welcoming and responsive. The place was very accommodating, spacious, and had several amenities. The location was close to the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. The parking spot was convenient.

Great location!

Everything was very clean and ready for us...I did not see when I first booked it that is was upstairs in the back; luckily that was not an issue for us. Updated furniture/appliances, very comfortable.

Walking distance to beach. Plenty of restaurants a couple miles away. Quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Easy to communicate with host.

The location was great for us as our daughter and her family are living just around the corner for the summer. The grandkids could walk from one place to the other. We used only two of the three bedrooms so we were a bit tight (our choice). The local beach was having an algae bloom so we went to Seal Beach and Huntington Beach, which are not far and very nice. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. The drive to Disneyland was only 30 minutes. The local Von's grocery has limited supplies, but there's a Ralph's not far away.

Convenient Location and nice property

The property was as described, however the one issue would be the understanding that the parking spot is for a small or mid sized car. We had a large van and were not able to use the parking spot.

Low Key VRBO tucked away

Really have to be mindful of the noise levels. Neighbors complained. If you’re planning on drinking and having fun, just be aware of the noise past a certain point. Other than that, the beach is a 10 minute walk away. There’s also a Vons and a chicken and waffles place called Bruxie’s near by that’s pretty good.

Accommodating Space

We were in town for a water polo tournament. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which was great for my family of 4. Great communication with the property manager. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay and location

I'm glad we found this little gem. The location was great and the parking spot was a lifesaver (try finding curb parking and you'll understand). The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and the bed and couch were all comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

The Belmont Beach Casita was excellent! Everything was exactly as described. It was clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and blankets were soft. Air conditioning kept it very comfortable, along with ceiling fans. There was plenty of room for everyone on the couch. My kids loved that Disney was available on the TVs. The parking space was very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach, which was easily completed by my toddlers. There was even an umbrella, chair, and beach toys to use! Vons was also a short distance away for shopping. There was a super cute Dinosaur themed park a short drive away too. The owners checked in and were available for any needs. I'd highly recommend staying at The Belmont Beach Casita!

Family stay in Long Beach

A lovely house to stay in with a great location. A car is needed to get to major Los Angeles attractions but there is a carpark on site. Easy walking distance to beach, small supermarket, and a few food outlets. A quiet and safe area which we enjoyed. A great coffee machine but would be great to have a jug to boil water for a cup of tea!

Wonderful experience!

Our stay was an ideal get-away! Clean and quiet. An easily walkable distance to groceries, and to the beach. Everything was super easy, and the property manager was incredibly responsive.

Great Place in Belmont Heights

My family was visiting Long Beach for a weekend volleyball tournament and we chose this place to stay because we used to live in Long Beach and know the area well. The property was very clean and super conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive when I let them know we were checking in and checking out. We didn’t have any issues arise so there’s no need for us to contact them all we were there. I would definitely stay here again.
