This beautiful property is on the ground level, no stairs, and offers a cozy quiet retreat for guests. With 2 large king bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and recharge. Each room has plush pillow top King size beds featuring luxurious cotton sheets for a wonderful night’s rest and his and her closets offer plenty of storage as well as bath robes for our guests.

Perfect for a romantic couple’s trip, friends, or families. The retreat is immaculate and has large windows with breathtaking views, vaulted ceilings, and exposed rustic timbers. It
boasts all of the amenities like AC, WiFi, large smart TV, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a large fully stocked kitchen, ensuring a comfortable stay. Outside there is a beautiful stone patio, fire pit, large yard, and barbecue.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, we know you'll enjoy the peaceful Fairview Retreat! The 8 acre homestead is surrounded by farmland, wildflowers, picturesque mountains, and abundant wildlife. Our countryside location is peaceful, but within close proximity to all the Flathead Valley has to offer.

Glacier National Park has implemented a ticketed entry system. In addition to your park pass, you will need a vehicle registration ticket in order to be able to enter the park between the hours of 6am and 3pm. Please check out the Glacier National Park website for more details, updates, and instructions on how to obtain the vehicle registration ticket. The dates the ticket entry system is in effect are as follows:

May 26 through September 10 - reservations are required for Going-to-the-Sun Road westside entrances and the North Fork from 6 am to 3 pm.

July 1 through September 10 - reservations are required for east side entrances including Many Glacier, Two Medicine, and Going-to-the-Sun Road from Rising Sun from 6 am to 3 pm.

Perfect little getaway

This house was everything we had hoped for and more! It was so clean and well stocked. It's close to town but you feel like you're in the countryside. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with stunning mountains in the background. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a property I would visit a hundred times over. The owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The property was so beautifully decorated and well-kept. The location was perfect. We got married in Glacier National Park August 2025. We were able to hold our wedding reception on the lawn during our stay. The views were absolutely unbeatable. If you thinking about booking, all I can say is “DO IT”. You will absolutely love your stay.

The location of Fairview Retreat is perfect. Only a short drive to West Glacier Entrance and an easy drive to all surrounding areas you might want to visit. Big Black Barn, Outstanding Property!

This property is super clean, well- built and the owners are very responsive. It is very nice to be out in the country, but very close to Whitefish, Glacier Park and many other attractions. The decor is so nice, and it feels like a brand new custom home. Importantly, anything you need is provided, laundry, kitchen supplies and even a snack basket. I highly recommend this property!

This house has it all! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the grill was clean and ready for steaks. The bedrooms and bath were squeaky clean and the pillows, oh the pillows… I like them soft and my husband likes them firm. They had a pair of each in both bedrooms. The fire starter kit was all we needed to make perfect marshmallows every evening. Owners were responsive and kind. Highly recommend for a base camp to hike all of Glacier National Park, only 40 minutes to the West entrance.

Dreamy and serene with a view of the mountains

Sarah and Clay's place is just perfect! It was spotlessly clean and very roomy and comfortable. Has everything you would need to cook or prep food for a day at the park. We were about 20 mins from the entrance of GNP, and about 15 mins from Whitefish. Loved the location because we got to experience both places and then had a quiet and beautiful place to relax at the end of the day. The views at this home are amazing and it was really peaceful. We are already hoping to return and bring our kids next time!

Worth the stay!!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of perfect. The location is close to downtown Columbia Falls and a short 20-minute drive to West Glacier entrance. The property is SPOTLESS, and that includes the outdoor area. It is on a quiet farm and we even saw deer many times while looking out onto the green farmland. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and we used it many evenings and mornings between our park visits. The bed was perfect. I cannot overstate how comfortable our stay was. Book now, you won't be sorry!!

Everything about this place was perfect! It is decently priced for the quality of the accommodations and location. The view is stunning and the house itself is beautiful but still cozy. The host is sweet and helpful beyond what she has to be and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. She even searched for a beanie that my son lost after we left. I was born and raised in Columbia Falls but it had been 30 years since I had been back home. This was my husband and children's first time to the area. We couldn't have chosen a more special place! There was no detail missed when the owners designed and furnished this place!

What an amazing space, in an incredible setting! Do not let the simplicity of this space fool you — this listing has a lot to offer! You will fall in love as soon as you pull into the driveway due to the unobstructed mountain views. Upon entering intro the space, you’ll feel right at home with the very calming aesthetics and the spacious living area.
