The bedroom features a comfortable RV custom king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, 2 Roku enabled flat screen TV’s, board games, toys, and a seasonal hot tub your stay will be convenient and enjoyable. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, towels, toiletries and shower. Additionally, there is a living room, including a sofa bed and a bunk bed. A fully stocked kitchen with dinette table for 4 and a Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods provided). Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This RV is located on our property where our family lives full-time. Located less than 3 miles from I-75, just a short drive to local stores, restaurants, Lake Allatoona, Red Top Mountain State Park, LakePoint Station and many other attractions.

PLEASE only use provided toilet paper in the toilet. No smoking/vaping anywhere on property. Check-out info is in the house manual on the table.
1 vehicle per booking. There will be a fee of $25 up to an hour past the checkout time of 11am. Anytime later will result in additional fees.
