This spacious unit is the unit # 130 in Country Club Villa, located on the Kona Country Club Golf Course and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy ocean views and a front row to the golf course on the lanai. Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, BBQ, and more. This is a highly successful vacation rental that the owner decided to bring to direct management.

We’ve stayed at numerous locations and we would have to say this was the best furnished place we’ve come across. It had everything we needed and more and we love to cook. It even had tennis rackets, golf clubs, cooler bag, and beach umbrellas. We enjoyed the lanai and the AC which helped us relax. The directions were clear and the staff very helpful in extending our stay a little longer. It was a very positive experience.

Unit is well-located, spotlessly clean and probably the best appointed of any vacation rental we have stayed: basic cooking needs like olive oil and seasoning, coffee filters and pots/pans/food storage. Closet with everything you need for Hawaii like beach towels, chairs, small cooler for picnics.... All so nice to have for a comfortable vacation. Lovely location on the golf course at ground level, pool/hot tub area perfectly maintained. Friendly and responsive rental management and maintenance team. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely return to this rental. I am a picky traveler and am certain this is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in.

The condo is well-stocked for the perfect Kona Vacation and offers fabulous views of the golf course and ocean from your private lanai. BBQ on your lanai and enjoy dinners on the spacious lanai while taking in the famous Kona Sunsets! The condo is located on the ground floor but not entry level.

The kitchen is open to the home's dining and living areas. Enjoy sitting at the bar while keeping your chef company while they cook up your dinner. The dining area allows for a sit-down experience or dine outside al fresco style.

The living room is situated to allow maximum comfort for your guests. There is a window air conditioning unit, and a large flat-screen smart television.

The guest room has two twin beds and the bathroom is located in the hallway for convenience with a bathtub, and shower combination. The primary suite has a king bed, air conditioning, and smart television. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and vanity.

Kona Country Club Villas are located in the oasis of the Keauhou area. Keauhou Bay is just minutes away where you can paddleboard, kayak, or go snorkeling. Enjoy going out on a snorkel trip during the day or diving with the manta rays at sunset. You also are close to the Keauhou Shopping center where you can enjoy dining, grocery shopping, movies, and more. Country Club Villas is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and tropical flowers plus multiple pools, spas, and tennis courts.

Please note:
- Air conditioning units in the living area and primary bedroom.
- There are 15 steps to get down to this unit, it is a ground-floor unit. You may also use the ramp as it's an end unit.
- This unit does have a BBQ on the lanai.
