This luxury condominium is located on the 18 Tee, Kona Country Club golf course. Country Club Villas offers many on site amenities. Enjoy this quiet convenient location where you can enjoy 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, and 2 tennis courts all on site.

Within walking distance you will be at one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports.

This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views! But a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath also provides AC in unit 227 for your comfort. But with the cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean you probably won't need to use it. This elegant and updated suite comes with well equipped with Internet access, TV, DVD, full Kitchen and all the accoutrements of home. A queen bed and 2 twins offer plenty of sleeping accommodations. Also available is a spare twin mattress but please request it because we store it.

Relax on the over-sized lanai and watch the sunsets. Being on the 18 Tee it is a blast watching the golfers as well!

“H” Bay is located just minutes away for great swimming and night diving. The world famous Kona Manta Ray night dive is a few blocks away in front of the Sheraton Hotel Resort!

Amazing Condo, beautiful views, great location

This trip has been one of the BEST trip I have ever been on.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Fully equipped which i love to cook so this was great.

The location of this complex is perfect.

The complex has nice pools and tennis so my family and I kept busy.

I highly recommend this property.

The property manager was very kind and got back to us immediately.

Very professional and efficient.

Horrible Experience w/ the Broker! Lovely unit.

This was the worst experience with VRBO ever all due to the failure of the broker to get the code to the lock box to us in a timely manner. Three hours after we arrived, we were finally on our way to the condo!! Who does that? I asked for the code the day before arriving and she said to call her when we arrived the next day to get the code. I called 5 TIMES, TEXTED 3 TIMES, and got a text almost 3 hours later.

When we weren't able to get a hold of her, I started calling hotels in the area to book a place to stay. We soon realized it was the weekend prior to the Iron Man Triathlon and most places were sold out! We finally found a hotel with only a 2 bedroom suite available which we booked. Within minutes of securing the reservation, the broker finally texted us with the code at 6:16 p.m. She didn't even have the courtesy to call.

She said she was at the condo from 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. waiting for us. Really? Why? We didn't arrive until 3:38 p.m. and it took us an hour from the airport with all the road construction delays. We did not have an appointment to meet her. Why didn't you just text us the code earlier or return my repeated phone calls??

We were very upset to have to start our vacation this way. The broker offered to leave us $50 the next day "to buy some pupus". Gee...thanks!

Despite all this, we left the condo very clean as we respect other people's property. Even with the steep cleaning fee, we started the dishwasher, put a load of towels were in the dryer, and the trash was out.

Since the broker manages this property, we will NEVER stay here again or use her services.

I hope this review finally gets posted. I had to edit it twice because I used the name of the broker and mentioned the cleaning fee! It's good to know!

The unit was beautiful, the local was great for my needs, but the home though it looked clean, wasnt

The home was dusty to the point my cuzn kept sneezing, there was an odor coming from the washer n both toilets, one toilet didn't flush well n needed to be plunged, the kitchen had a lot of ants, and the unit was hot even though it had AC, also the blinds in all the rooms didn't work. The showers didn't seem clean. The linen didn't look or feel clean, could be that they were old or were sitting unused for awhile, and some of the pillows need to be changed. Oh n the bathroom rugs looked dirty. Other then that the price was ok, the unit itself was beautiful, I would go back especially if those issues were fixed !

beautiful #127

We stayed at #127 for 4 nights, and I really hope we can stay longer! It is so clean, beautiful, convenient and comfy! The living room sliding door face golf court, it is very quiet and beautiful. The units is in a community, we feel very safe. And with 5 minutes driving, there are supermarket, restaurants. It is very close to the Alii downtown area too. I will stay here again, if I ever come back to Kona. Thanks, Lisa!

What a super time we had! Owner was fantastic! My wife, son and I just loved it!!!!

Jack and Diane here ...hey that could be a song! "A little ditty about..." Well anyway, I actually do have a bit of a regret about this Condo, and that is, that I didn't write this review sooner, like way way sooner!! I told the Manager/owner Lisa that I would write a really good review during our stay, because she truly earned it. I just didn't know it would take this long to do. Course we got back home and 'life happens'. So Lisa, I hope you can pardon me for the huge delay.

I just wanted to mention something here. My wife has some pretty exceptional expectations when paying for a rental. There were a couple things that she and, to be fair, I noticed. What I didn't realize at the time was that Lisa was in Japan, but her response time was remarkable! I had called and emailed her and she got back to us in record time. If I could rate her response time it would be 99.99%. Things were handled in record time. Even during our initial inquiries her response times were remarkable. She was a delight to work with. One of her email responses during our time there was, " I'm currently in Japan back on island mid January. But I'm always available. Time wise I'm 14 hours ahead. Thanks again." That is some serious ownership.

I could go on and on, but I and my wife and son, and Uncle Dave who stayed with us as well, loved it here. We had such a good time. Three weeks in all. The location was just the best. It was a great anchor spot to do all our activities from. The sunset each evening was spectacular from our lanai. We had breakfast each morning outside. And took lovely walks near by. The condo had a big kitchen with roomy counters to hold all our papayas, coconuts, and fruits we got from the Hilo farmers market . We slept with windows open each night enjoying the nice tropic breezes. We just loved staying here. What a terrific place for a vacation!

ANOTHER GREAT STAY IN #227

We have stayed here before and still find this unit to just be fantastic.The sunsets off the lanai are spectacular.4 adults for 2 weeks and we all agree we will be back again and again.I personally love the location and the south end pool is great to watch sunsets from also.As the tradewinds blow through at night, instant air conditioning.Thank you again for everything.All of us would hightly recommend this unit.
