Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing indoors, we hope you enjoy what our place and Oscoda has to offer.
The water heater is small approx 15 gallons. Works well for one person then give it a short rest between people🙂
We have an air mattress upon request if bunk beds or pull out couch does not sound comfortable. Has small kitchenette in living room. Toaster oven, coffee maker, two burner cooking top. Medium sized refrigerator and microwave. There’s a smart TV and WiFi.
You will The central to beaches, lake Huron coffee shops, ice cream shops, mini bars and restaurants as well as tourist trails and monuments. There’s Iargo Springs and Lumbermans monument. Canoe and motorised scooter rental just a couple hundred feet down the street. You have a privacy fence where you can use the provided portable fire place for cooking or just a cozy evening. There’sa small grille provided with a couple chairs and more upon request.
No smoking, no pets, shoes off at the doors. There will be fees added if these are disobeyed. Sorry but some people actually need to be told to respect other people property🤷🏻‍♂️.

I really enjoyed how close it was to everything. It was super cool to revisit places i havent been to in a while. The host was cool and we got along well. The guesthouse was clean and prepared for a stay and it was a nice cozy little place for a weekend getaway

This property and owners are amazing! This is my go to absolute favorite place to rent when I travel to this area. The rental is always super clean and very homey. It is also located within walking distance to the local dairy Queen where I take my son and very close proximity to an amazing beach. In my opinion this place is the best! I Highly recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

The rental property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the activities we enjoyed-AuSable canoe rentals, the beach and town. It was super clean and perfect for our one night stay for the two of us. Matthew was very accommodating offering us early check in and late check out. So nice. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, convenient for downtown. All the amenities to cook and shower. CLean bedding. The Hosts were available with any questions or concerns. They took care of everything in a moments notice! The Host stayed in touch when needed. It was cold this past weekend, so no heat for a bit, Host offered to put us up in a hotel, we didn't feel it was necessary, the issue was fixed in less than 1.5hr.

This is a cozy little place tucked away with a secluded entrance asks heat aces to all the best parts of our area. Although outside appearance is lacking, the inside is super inviting and a uniquely different atmosphere.
