Internet TV con todos los canales terrestres disponibles (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4 y C5 y mucho más) Casa Maja es un destino establecido para los turistas exigentes, ¡vale la pena leer las críticas! La villa fue diseñada como una casa de ensueño y tiene muchas características que lo hacen más de los dueños de la propiedad en alquiler molino. Desde las tres habitaciones con baño decoradas con buen gusto, todas con edredones y almohadas de pluma de ganso, espaciosa y cómoda sala de estar, la cocina grande y bien equipada y la zona de la piscina y terrazas sin vecinos verá que Casa Maja está destinado para el disfrute relajado del excelente clima de Lanzarote. El dormitorio de matrimonio del segundo piso tiene una gran terraza con vistas al mar, mientras que la planta baja habitación doble se abre directamente a la piscina. El salón, que también se abre a la zona de la piscina, cuenta con un ambiente tranquilo y "relajado" ambiente con todas las comodidades, incluyendo tres sofás de tamaño completo, necesarios para una noche - o día - y la cocina de diseño está totalmente equipada. Todos los muebles de exterior se suministra con cojines acolchados en su caso, hay una gran barbacoa y mesa de piedra exterior y asientos para al fresco entretenido. Disfrute!

Very good value for money

Excellent hosts who were very thoughtful with a lovely welcoming gift and always on hand if required. Good rooms and pool. Well equipped throughout with towels for rooms and pool, well stocked kitchen, internet tv, games, books and pool toys. Mike also helped arrange hire car which was very helpful. Overall the villa was very good value with great hosts.

Luxury Villa

Outstanding! The location is ideal being a quiet residential area in Tias, yet very easy to access the whole of the island by car.. Undoubtedly, the best appointed luxury villa we have ever stayed in - most important if, like us, you want to use the kitchen to make the odd meal or.... several meals. And.............the heated pool is a real bonus!

Wonderful relaxing stay in a quiet and peaceful location

Mike and Wendy have created a perfect villa that feels like home. Everything that has already been said is accurate and justified. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the welcome pack and the beautiful platter, absolutely the best that we have ever experienced. We loved the comfort provided in the villa and outside space and the heated pool, the peace and quiet was just what we were looking for.The area suited us as nowhere was very far, Mike organised the car hire which was really helpful. Mike and Wendy are fantastic hosts, there if you need them and full of useful advice and information. We very much hope that we will be able to return.

Highly recommended!

Ideal villa, can highly recommend. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely warm pool, and plenty of outside space and seating - you can always find a spot in the sun. Welcome was exceptional with a pan of spaghetti bolognase and wine waiting our evening arrival, even accomodated our vegetarian with a tasty lasagna. Tias is well placed in the centre of the island. Peaceful spot but everything you need is close by. Wendy and Mike attentive. Perfect!

Wonderful Casa Maja

These were 3 weeks of real vacation! A beautiful house decorated with taste (thank you, Wendy), where everything worked (thank you, Mike). Mike and Wendy are the perfect hosts: discrete, but helpful and generous. With what they left in the fridge at our arrival, we could survive 2 days without going to, any shop. Thanks to you we could enjoy our stay on Lanzarote for 100%. Annie and Lulu

Lanzarote Holiday

Hosts, Mike and Wendy, met us on arrival and supplied a meal even though it was a delayed flight and provided essentials to start us off. The villa lived up to expectations with all home comforts. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was the icing on the cake. We were a party of 6 with 3 generations and all had a great holiday. Mike and Wendy were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this villa.

Relaxing family break

We were looking for a villa that was private and peaceful, however close enough to good restaurants. We have visited the island several times and so had little interest in the usual tourist attractions and planned to spend each day enjoying the sunshine by the pool. For us, the villa was perfect. The added bonus were the many TV channels available and Netflix, to entertain our 14 year old son, once he had too much sun. Mike and Wendy were excellent hosts, who were great from the moment we booked. Their recommendations of local areas and restaurants was extremely helpful to which we made great use of, visiting both the marina at Puerto Calero and Costa Teguise. The villa left us wanting for nothing, with Mike and Wendy always available, if required. Will definitely look to stay again soon. Andy

Brilliant villa for a relaxing holiday

We only have good things to say about our stay at Casa Maja. Mike was great at getting in touch after we made our booking and even arranged car hire hire for us. The villa was easy to find and check-in was super straightforward. Wendy had also arranged a very tasty welcome platter for us, which was much appreciated when we arrived, as we didn't have to worry about rushing off to find something for lunch for a very hungry 6 year old! The villa was lovely and clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. The pool was just perfect, we spent most our time in it and our son has pretty much now learned to swim during the 10 days we were there! The area was nice and quiet which was just what we were after, but shops were only a 5 min drive away and the beach about 10 mins or so. We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Maja, Mike and Wendy were the perfect hosts. We hope to return next year!

Relaxing

Lovely well equipped villa. Mike and Wendy live next door and were both extremely helpful and very attentive, always on hand making sure both the pool and villa were clean and answering a questions we had. We made good use of the pool during the hot days. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost, however, we found simply leaving the doors open to the main bedroom was suffice. No mosquitoes either ! The villa is situated 10 minutes drive from PDC - 12€ in a taxi. We spent most nights at PDC enjoying the many bars an numerous restaurants - all tastes and budgets catered for. Well worth a visit to the White Lion Pub, cheap and cheerful, with two cocktails just 7€. A very enjoyable holiday spent with our 15 year son.

A private oasis of calm.

Without doubt the nicest and cleanest villa we've stayed in with the most thoughtful of owners. From the first point of contact before our holiday the owner Mike answered any questions we had promptly and provided us with detailed directions to get to the villa. Mike and Wendy went above and beyond anything we've experienced from a host before. They provided a beautiful welcome meal, well equipped welcome package and even a card and present for our daughter who's birthday it was whilst we were there. The villa is set in a quiet residential area but is only a 10 minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen where you'll be spoilt for great places to eat out . The villa has been extremly well thought out with vaulted ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom with a private balcony offering sea views. The whole villa is well equiped with every conceivable item you would need to make it a home from home. Outside doesn’t disappoint either with a beautiful pool area which is completely private and has loads of room to relax and chill. In conclusion this is the best villa we have ever stayed at and fantastic value for money.

You simply can’t get better !

The photos and description doesn’t do this place justice. It’s simply amazing ! From start to finish Mike and Wendy make your booking process so simple and easy, any queries, any questions and Mike will get back to you ASAP, they even book a hire car for you if you want one which I would recommend and it’s with a good reliable company. The Villa is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport and Mike emails you a perfect description of how to get to the Villa with photos as if you’re driving up the road with the signs. The villa itself is immaculate with everything you could possibly need or want for your entire stay. The pool is beautiful, it’s heated so you can stay in there 24 hours a day which my granddaughter tried to get me to on numerous occasions… Mike and Wendy live next door, which might put some people off, but please don’t let that happen. They are fantastically warm and welcoming people and on arrival meet you and give you tour of the Villa show you how everything works and then leave you to enjoy yourselves… Oh and there’s a lovely welcoming hamper so you can relax and chill out and not have to rush off to the shops… The Villa is in a lovely quiet area and not overlooked by anyone so it’s perfectly peaceful yet your within 3-4 minutes drive from the HyperDino a very well stocked supermarket, a chemist and a few lovely quiet taverns. 15 minutes away is for me the best resort area in the island

The perfect home on a lovely Island

Casa Maja offers luxury accomodation with everything you need also for a longer stay. Mike, the owner, lives near by and if there should be something, that you are missing, he will be there. On the other hand, you have absolute privacy and can enjoy your home or one of the 3 balconies/ terraces. The house is situated in a very quiet area and if you want, you can walk to the German bakery of " Andy". The house was spotless at our arrival ( and stocked with everything you need for the first days) and the weekly midcleanings during our stay of 4 weeks gave us almost the feeling of beeing in a hotel!! For cooking-lovers there is a very well eqipped kitchen even with a good oven and pans and pots of a quality, you would buy for your own. With this kitchen it was fun to prepare most of the meals at home, because the Canarian fruits and vegetables and especially the fresh fish are really hard to get elsewhere. The " Jamon Iberico Bellota" ,for us the best ham of the world, is affordable and the bread is fresh and crispy - and don`t forget the wine from the nearby Bodegas. That means, also from the culinary side, you can have a heavenly stay. Congelados Roper (at Tias and for fish better at Playa Honda) provides you with all the delis you should not get at the local supermarket. For exploring the Island, what you should do, Tias has a good location and if you are interested in playing golf, you have only 5 minutes to Lanzarote golf and 17 minutes to Costa teguise Golf. Booking for the next - even longer- stay is already fixed!!

La casa era mejor de lo que aparecía en la página

El alojamiento nos gustó mucho. La casa , en general, era más acogedora de lo que se muestra en la página. Además, disponía de todos los elementos necesarios para hacer nuestra estancia en Lanzarote perfecta. Por último, debemos reseñar que la recepción fue tan acogedora como la propia casa; los dueños fueron muy amigables y detallistas. Nos resolvieron una enorme carencia que teníamos, tal como lo hubiera hecho un buen amigo. Tal cual. El resultado es que transformaron nuestras vacaciones por completo. vacaciones en Lanzarote

Hemos disfrutado de una semana fantastica en casa Maja. La casa esta equipada con todo lo necesario para ello y olvidarte de las rutinas diarias en una isla con un encanto especial. La casa es muy amplia y la decoración esta cuidada. Te hace sentir como en casa. Las barbacoas de pescadito en el jardín acompañadas por el baño una piscina con una temperatura ideal durante todo el dia no tiene precio. Agradecemos a Mike su atención, ofrecimiento y disponibilidad para cualquier consulta que pudiera surgir. Sin duda casa maja es muy recomendable para cualquiera que tenga ganas de conocer Lanzarote y no renunciar a la comodidad de estar como en casa. Gracias Mike.

Die Villa ist sehr sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gab nichts negatives. Mike und Wendy sind tolle Vermieter - am ersten Tag hatten sie uns eine tolle Käse - Wurstplatte gemacht. Für Wasser , Bier und Wein war bestens gesorgt. Die Küche war total super eingerichtet, es war alles da von Ofen - Spülmaschine - Waschmaschine- Heißluftfriteuse, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, 2 Kaffeemaschinen - Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Alles perfekt gepflegt und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Hébergement de rêve à Tias

Si vous cherchez une belle et grande maison au calme, très bien équipée et dotée d'une piscine chauffée constamment à 26°, ne cherchez pas plus loin, c'est Casa Maja qu'il vous faut. En outre, les propriétaires Mike et Wendy sont très attentionnés. Ils habitent la villa voisine et feront tout pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable.

Très chouette séjour

Maison bien aménagée et agréable. Confortables canapés dans la salle de séjour, literie impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée, vaisselle en grande quantité, nombreux fauteuils de jardin, piscine chauffée et bien entretenue. Notre hôte Mike et son épouse sont très disponibles et restent discrets.

5 Sterne Unterkunft - außergewöhnlich!

Wir haben im April 2 Wochen im Haus von Mike und Wendy verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Egal ob es um das bevorzugte Schlafzimmer geht oder etwa den Lieblingsplatz im Freien (Terasse mit Pool oder doch lieber schattiges Plätzchen hinterm Haus oder Sonnenbalkon im ersten Stock?), das stille Plätzchen zum Lesen oder den Platz für das Frühstück oder Abendessen: man hat die freie Wahl und es ist für jeden etwas dabei! Das Haus ist wirklich mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch sorgen Mike und Wendy dafür, dass es immer frische Bettwäsche und frische Handtücher gibt, auch Badetücher für Pool und Strand werden gestellt. Sie wohnen nebenan, die Häuser sind aber so geschickt arrangiert, dass man sich nicht zwangsläufig trifft. Dennoch sind sie sofort zur Stelle wenn man sie braucht oder eine Frage hat, aber immer sehr diskret und freundlich! Mike hat schon vor Ankunft seine Hilfe angeboten, u.a. hat er uns einen günstigen Mietwagen vermittelt, auch sonst stand er für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Bei Ankunft fanden wir einen tollen Willkommens-Korb sowie leckeres Essen im Kühlschrank vor, so dass wir uns direkt entspannen und den Pool genießen konnten, ohne gleich zu Beginn einkaufen zu müssen. Der Pool ist beheizt und wird von Mike regelmäßig gereinigt, unser Sohn hat ihn geliebt! Er ist von außen nicht einsehbar, Privatsphäre ist somit gesichert. Auf dem vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock zugänglichen Balkon hat man praktisch den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Zu erwähnen ist noch die tolle Lage: nur 5 bis maximal 10 Minuten vom Flughafen, dennoch hört man von den täglich ankommenden und startenden Flugzeugen so gut wie nichts und man ist von Tias aus relativ schnell sowohl im Süden an den schönen Stränden als auch in den Feuerbergen oder im Landesinnern. Für uns, die wir im Urlaub gerne die Gegend erkunden, war die Lage perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants gibt es ausreichend in Tias und Umgebung. Von uns gibt es definitiv 5 Sterne, wir können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Danke Mike und Wendy!
