Welcome to Laguna Breeze Cottage!
Bring the whole family ~ this cozy home is larger than it looks!
We're nestled in Laguna Beach's community, located on the desirable West End of PCB & only 2 blocks down the street to the gorgeous Gulf ~ just bring a swimsuit!
You'll never have to fight for chair space on our own private, community beach...it's NEVER crowded here!
We're near all the restaurants & attractions and only a 10 minute drive to 30A, but without that 30A price tag!
This quaint cottage sleeps up to 7 comfortably & is decorated with a tranquil, coastal vibe in which to relax with family & friends.
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in our private backyard, which is fully fenced for your little ones to run thru!

We’ve thought of everything to help make your stay enjoyable & worry-free!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Please be sure to return all tv & fan remotes to their original locations. *Rinse & return any beach items used to the backyard shed and latch the door! *Latch & lock ALL windows, doors, & gates!
Don't forget to sign our guest book & leave us a review! Thank you for staying with us and have a safe journey back home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place with a cool vintage vibe

Great place just a few blocks from nice quiet beach. Convents located near Carousel grocery and Tim’s famous donuts, fries, burgers, ice cream, etc. The house has everything you need for cooking and every board game you could want to occupy kids! Easy checking/checkout and just is easily reachable. Would definitely stay again if in the neighborhood

Why they chose this property

We love our cottage neighborhood for it's slow paced, laid back, family-friendly & quietly peaceful surroundings!
We're close enough to the busy, more "tourist" part of Panama City Beach just 3 short miles up the road, but on the wonderful West End, just a hop-skip-&-jump to the 30A scene!
We LOVE having our own private community beach entrance just 2.5 blocks down our street ~ you will NEVER have crowds or high-rise buildings blocking your view of the gorgeous gulf waters!
Thomas Donuts & Snack Shop and The Carousel Market are just around the corner, so you will never need to leave the neighborhood for anything!

We would love to host you for your stay to our beautiful beaches soon!
