House was fun and comfortable. Wasn’t expecting the spiral staircase but I was able to manage. Kids loved the game room and bunk beds and the deer in the back yard. Next time we will bring more fruits and veggies for the deer. Parking for 4 cars would be tight luckily we only had 3. Communication with host Amy was excellent!

It was a wonderful family weekend. Walk to restaurants. The house was beautiful and clean. Amy the host was the best. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the fire pit and waterfall outback, and great views of the lake. Definitely an awesome place.

The property was great for what we were looking for. There are some great restaurants/bars within walking distance and the domesticated deer in the area will stop by the back patio to say hi. The living room area and lower level area are a little dated and some of the patio/walkway pavers need reset, but overall this is a fantastic place to stay at Lake Harmony.

Great place to stay, the downstairs game room was great to entertain! Upstairs was nice to lounge around with the fireplace.. all the bedroom was nice and clean. The only down fall was hard to find a spot to fish if you don’t have lake front property at the lake here. But would definitely come again!!! The host always responds back in a reasonable time ..

We took our grandson away for a few days and it we really had a good time. We loved that we could fish and put our kayaks in the lake within walking distance of the house. Comfortable, cool house in Lake Harmony

The property is very cool. Ski lodge style house with a very fun, well equipped rec room, a beautiful master bedroom, a nice sized kitchen, a deck with water views, and a patio with a waterfall. Our hosts were very responsive and very helpful when we had a special request (that they were under no obligation to fulfill). The location is perfect.

Enjoyed our stay

Best thing is the location - a short walk to a few different places to eat. The game room was enjoyable but the foosball table and pool table are not in the best condition. Makes it seem like the pictures online were taken 10 years ago and haven’t been updated to reflect the current conditions. That being said we felt the house was priced accordingly, especially for the location. Overall we had a great time and the house played a big part of it.

My parents took me to the poconos since I was able to walk, now our boys followed in my footsteps with snowboarding, so I figure this would be a great time to purchase a beautiful chalet close to the 2 best mountains in the Poconos...Jack Frost and Big Boulder!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this home because it was previously owned by a family who owns businesses here. The details of the home are top notch, and they spared no expense in making it absolutely gorgeous. From the granite counter tops, real cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, jacuzzi tub, marble shower, tongue and groove walls and ceilings ..she’s a stunner. We wanted to add some of our personality to this beautiful chalet, and we think when you arrive, you and yours will thoroughly enjoy your time spent here!

What makes this property unique

Aside from the gorgeous amenities, our LOCATION is excellent. Walk out the door and you’re at one of the nicest motorized boat lakes in the Poconos. You name it and you can do it on this lake. Summertime brings water skiing, wakeboarding, water tubing, pontoon boat rides, swimming, kayaking or just sipping or eating waterside at restaurants on the lake. Split Rock resort has a beach bar outdoors and 2 bars and restaurants inside. At the other end of the lake is Nicks Lake House, Shenanigans Bar/restaurant/dance club, Louie's Prime steak house, Piggys breakfast and lunch and Terra Cotta restaurant all within walking distance of this home. You are 2 miles from Big Boulder ski mountain and 4 Miles from Jack Frost. There is an ice skating rink, arcade, movie theatre AND 52000 gallon water park in the Split Rock resort just a mile or so away. The Pocono Motor Speedway is only 5 miles away, White Water Rafting is on rte 940, or visit Boulder Field, and too many hiking tails to mention. The Lake Harmony area of the Poconos has so much to offer year round.
