Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, AC, laundry machine, cozy living space, updated furniture, and two freshly painted bedrooms. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the coast.

The front door broke unexpectedly. They we very kid about that. We used the back door. It’s pretty easy drive to everything. Clean. Needs update but affordable.

This property is an historical property in the town of Westerly.The description is accurate. It is a three-bedroom one-bath with a full kitchen and a rambling yard. We traveled and spent five nights at this location and enjoyed every minute. The homeowner is responsive to any and all correspondents which is a plus. If you're looking for a glamorous stay, this would not be it, but this is a functional comfortable home in the Westerly area. We would stay again given the opportunity.

Nightmare in Westerly RI

Let’s just stay I have stayed in many VRBO properties before. This one is the WORST AND really will impact my future vacation searches. I usually always read up on reviews of properties before booking. Although on this rental there were no review. SO I feel it is my obligation to warn future renters. We booked for 2 nights .. after surviving the first night we left property first thing in the morning . There were many reasons why. Property is not as it appears in description. They leave out the fact you are renting the 1st floor of the old I am not sure what type of building this is. You enter through an old run down cement part of the building. I am assuming It was a garage. The place was filthy and full of junk . Everything in the rental was old and dirty. The 3 bedrooms were filled with old items just stored in every crevice of the house. The screen door had many holes there were many spiders and daddy long legs hanging from ceilings. One of the bedroom had no working lights or electrical outlet. The beds were horrific. I am suffering still from back aches. My nice ended up spending the first day of her trip in ER due to the conditions of this rental. It triggered her asthma and totally ruined are main reason to Westerly get away. There was so much mold and dust/ dirtiness I. This property. We refer to it the Westerly Nightmare!!!!

Hello, I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However, the description of the listing does say 3 bedroom Apartment so that does entail that it is indeed an apartment and not a whole house. Also, I can assure you there is no mold in the property, I have recently closed on the property and the place has been inspected and the air quality has been tested, there was no mold and the bank would not have allowed me to buy the house if there was. I also have asthma and I live in the property just fine. As to the condition of the house, I am sorry it was not up to your expectations but the pictures are accurate and I have had many people stay on air b&b and have a great time, I have 4.5 stars on Air b&b with plenty of good reviews so I recommend any future renters to please check me out on there.
