La cabaña se ha terminado de azulejos remodelados, gabinetes de cocina nuevos, encimera de granito y está completamente amueblada.

Está a una corta distancia a pie de South Kingstown Town Beach: pase de playa incluido para SK town beach, East Matunuck Beach, Theatre By The Sea, tienda de abarrotes local, carpinteros de frutas y verduras frescas, Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, St Romuald Church , pesca profunda y surf y nuestro puesto de helados local. Fuera de temporada tarifas mensuales / semanales también disponibles. Consideraría alquileres de fin de semana en mayo.

Super stay combining surfing, work, family and rest. Location was yards from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next trip to Matunuck at Bob and Maria's cottage!

Amazing beach cottage

Even though I was taking a course in Kingston, this was the perfect relaxing location, walking distance to beaches and easy drive to town. Comfortable beds, great outdoor shower, extremely well outfitted.

The Perfect Stay

We had the best weekend in this perfect rental. Bob and his wife were so attentive- reached out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Such nice people who really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach!

Late summer get away

Cute summer beach cottage in a very friendly neighborhood. All restaurants, bars and beach are a short walk from the cottage. The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent cottage!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. All was as advertised, it was very clean and comfortable and the owner checked in to make sure everything was okay. It was especially nice to have the beach pass! I would definitely recommend!!

Walk distance to Center of activity

Week of perfect weather. Two min drive to East Matunuk Beach and had Beach Pass. Short walk to Ocean mist and the Pub. Owner lives close if need anything which we didn’t.

Fantastic beach get-away

Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.

Great cottage

Great weekend getaway. Bob's cottage has all you need, was able to get on the wifi and take a work meeting quickly after checking in. Clean, great backyard, and quick walk down to the beach. Bob is extremely accommodating and a great host! Hope to be back soon

This cottage is all as described. I liked the outdoor shower, so convenient! I enjoyed the birds singing! I enjoyed hearing the surf! Wonderful place, wonderful stay and wonderful owners! Hope there is more in 24!!

Great get away!

Bob and Maria were fantastic hosts, the weather was perfect the beach was great. Sadly my recommendation may make their spot a little harder to rent again in the future but oh well, they deserve it.

Great little cottage in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this cute, clean little 3 bedroom cottage. It's on a quiet side street a few minutes' walk from South Kingston beach. Beds were comfortable, and the countertop eating area was plenty for the two of us. For a larger group, there's a picnic table in the back yard and a table for four on the front porch. There are showers both indoors and outside--we didn't try the outdoor shower, but it looked great! The Pub, just down the street, had good food and plenty of seating. Bob and his wife are great hosts and said Hi while we were there. Definitely recommended!

Parents Weekend URI

We had a great weekend despite the weather for parents weekend at URI. The property owner was very responsive and even sent me a message that we could check in earlier than expected. That was a nice surprise! It’s a great property for a weekend getaway in a perfect location. Loved having a restaurant right across the street. I would stay again with one of the reasons being the owner was so nice and accommodating! Go Rams!
