A half-bath is conveniently located on the main living second floor. The second floor balcony patio has a gas bbq and dining seating, and the rooftop deck has a dining table plus lounge chairs. In the garage you will find an arcade with over 400 games, board games, beach gear (ice chests, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels), and baby gear (highchair, pack-n-play, stroller)! One car can fit in the garage with the ping-pong table set up, two cars if the ping-pong table is folded. All the amenities you need are provided: a fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking, coffee, WiFi, 4k flat-screen smart TV in the living room, ceiling fans in each bedroom & living room, a flat screen TV in the garage specifically for hooking up your gaming system, towels & linens, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, interior walls insulated for sound and privacy, soft water system.
