Comfortable and clean and perfect for two adults and one infant. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops in town. Spacious garage made it easy to load and unload all the baby gear and beach equipment.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It's in a great location with easy access from the freeway and close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo is very nice - 3 stories with the bedrooms on the bottom, kitchen/living room/balcony on 2nd level, and a great rooftop terrace with a bbq and fire pit that we really enjoyed. The place is very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked except for two things--no potholder (we had to use one of the two provided kitchen towels to remove things from the oven), and we were only given one trash bag for our 5 night stay. Living room furniture is quite comfortable. The bedrooms are large and each has a bathroom. My only complaint about one of the bedrooms, which would sadly cause me to not stay there again, is the mushy bed. It has a foam mattress topper that is miserable, unless you like a really soft bed.There's an older washer and dryer on this floor as well. The towel situation was confusing as we were given two bath towels in each bedroom (for 4 people), no hand towels and no floor mats. We used the backstock, but then read that if we didn't wash those and return them to their places, we might be charged an additional cleaning fee. This seems unreasonable. When we arrived, we found a sheet set in the dryer which we put in one of the closets, hopefully the right one! We go to Pismo each summer-if the bed situation was fixed, I'd love to stay here again, now knowing what's provided & what we need to bring.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were staying here with our two kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, even some seasoning. The icing on the cake for us was that there was even a pack-n-play for our son to sleep in. This was nice so you don’t have to lug yours with you. The check-in/checkout process was a breeze. It is a two block walk to the beach. The property is so quiet at night and the rooftop patio is has some great sunset views. Overall 10/10 and we will be staying here again.

A lot of cut corners.

House overall is nice and the location is great. But there were a lot of defects.Slow internet, don’t plan on using wifi.Slow Roku and TVs, will take you 10 minutes to get a show going.Handles to balcony were off so we couldn’t access.Vacuum cleaner cord had exposed wires.AC wasn’t working, reported it and no one fixed it.Dryer only works on one setting (very hot).

Great locale - but tall!

Excellent location. Nice kitchen and garage. There were a couple of bikes (we didn't use). Roof-top deck with small tables and great views. Walking distance to nice restaurants and down to the pier. But steep! Only for people who can climb stairs easily. Three full sets of stairs to get to top floor. Two sets to main floor. Host Melinda communicated well. Easy checkin/checkout with lock-box. Effectively sleeps 4-5 (pull-out couch old/bent --- so can only sleep one shorter person on the couch itself). Needs upkeep/repairs: Door handles to deck and closet doors and some blind slats falling off. Washing machine rocks/loud knocking sound. Dryer doesn't dry. Would stay again if these repairs made.

Everything for us was great!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was so nice. Being able to walk to the beach, pier, and shops was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

The property was perfect for our needs. They included everything we needed (kitchen supplies, towels, etc.). The large garage parking fit two cars and was very convenient. The roof top deck is a great hang out space with grill and fire pit table. It's an easy walk to most everything in Pismo Beach. I would stay again.

Beautiful Property and Location

This property was well equipped, luxurious and an easy walk to the down town and wharf areas. My only complaint was that the upstairs bathroom light didn’t work and requires maintenance. Having a large two stall garage was very nice and comforting. I will look for this to be available again. Cheers

Water polo tournament weekend

We had a great time! Very large two car garage left ample room for our bikes. Everything was clean and worked with a well stocked kitchen. Very nice gas stove! Close to the beach on a quiet street. Some freeway noise, but not terrible. Fridge was a little noisy, but not terrible. Master bathroom sink faucet a little low water pressure, but manageable. Very roomy with very cool roof deck. Overall helped us have a great weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and clean with short walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Pismo. The property was much larger than we anticipated and the drive-in garage was a super bonus. The bedrooms and living area being on different levels was great so our son could go to bed early and we didn't need to worry about noise.

Pismo paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. There was plenty of space and we loved having several bathrooms. It was clean, well maintained and a close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Such a cute beach town for all ages!
