Conveniently located at Laketown Wharf Resort in the heart of all the fun and excitement in PCB, it is just steps away from beautiful white-sand beaches and shopping. The condo sleeps 10, including a super comfy sleeper sofa.

The master king bedroom offers views of the Gulf of Mexico, an en suite bath with a standalone tub, and a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite as well. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there is a bunk room with two twin beds, separated from the hall with a shared full bath. There is Wi-Fi available for those who want to stream a movie after a long day at the beach or for those who need to get some work done.

The balcony requires no introduction with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating to soak it all in or a dining table to enjoy a meal. For guest convenience, the elevators and south side parking are nearby this unit, and there are 2 parking spots per reservation.

Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time resort fee $120 PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will pick up your reservation packet at the Concierge Desk in the lobby. Each member of your party must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout your stay. They accept Credit Card. The Resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.
