• Upstairs includes two additional bedrooms:

This popular stretch is packed with locally owned boutiques, chef-driven restaurants, cozy cafés, cocktail bars, and dessert spots like Salt & Straw and Papa Haydn. Whether you’re up for a leisurely brunch, window shopping, or an evening of wine and small plates, it’s all right outside your door.
Outdoor lovers will appreciate being minutes from Washington Park—home to the world-renowned Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, and Oregon Zoo. • There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. Meters accept cards and you can also use the Parking Kitty app.
• There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a laundromat is just a short walk away.
