COMPLETELY RENOVATED INTERIOR - MAY 2022, New Back Deck and Stairs 2025

Welcome to our peaceful and fun beach home away from home! Come relax at Ocean Isle Beach and let the pure salt air work its magic. This cozy house is located on a deep water concrete canal, our home features a floating dock with easy access to the Intracostal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. This home is perfect for boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking or jet-skiing. Beach lovers will find the beach access just a quick walk near the end of the street.

This 3 bedroom house has a large family room with bedrooms on both sides. The entire back half of the house has views of the canal. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the kids room has 2 twins. The bathroom is located between each of the bedrooms and the Master has it's own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your chef needs.

There is plenty of parking under the house - enough room for boat trailer plus one car. Outside shower and fish cleaning sink on dock. You can enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from rockers on the back porch, as you relax and forget about the stresses you left behind at home.

Our home is a smoke free environment and no pets are allowed. Sorry for any inconviences.

Location was great, close to the beach. Mattresses were terrible. Air smelled musty like the air filters needed to be changed. There was a dead cockroach in bedroom when we arrived. House did not give off a "clean" feel.

Thank you for your review, glad you like the location, Overall we have had great success with the cleaning team so not sure how to interpret lacks"clean feel", The AC Filter is changed consistently, the AC unit is relatively new plus the mattresses on the beds have been replaced recently and are basically new memory foam mattresses , WE rarely have insects that appear inside occasionally as something that is common on the island in a subtropical environment but is not characteristic of the cleanliness of the property. The home was totally renovated over the past 3 years and most individuals seem to love the property who focus on enjoying a week at the beach,

We had a fantastic stay at this home over Memorial Day weekend! The house was acceptably clean and located in a great location, close to local attractions. One of the highlights was having the boat with us; it made exploring the area so much fun. Overall, a wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back!

A Week at the Beach

The weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach daily. The back deck was wonderful for relaxing, eating lunch, or having a drink. Inside was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was great.We even got to see a baby turtle hatch and make its way to the ocean!It would have been nice to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

Sweet OIB house

This place was perfect for my husband and our kids (3 and 5). Perfect location, close beach access and the screen porch was delightful for breakfast and other meals. Owner was excellent communicator. We could have stayed another week and would definitely rent this property again.
