COMPLETELY RENOVATED INTERIOR - MAY 2022, New Back Deck and Stairs 2025

Welcome to our peaceful and fun beach home away from home! Come relax at Ocean Isle Beach and let the pure salt air work its magic. This cozy house is located on a deep water concrete canal, our home features a floating dock with easy access to the Intracostal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. This home is perfect for boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking or jet-skiing. Beach lovers will find the beach access just a quick walk near the end of the street.

This 3 bedroom house has a large family room with bedrooms on both sides. The entire back half of the house has views of the canal. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the kids room has 2 twins. The bathroom is located between each of the bedrooms and the Master has it's own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your chef needs.

There is plenty of parking under the house - enough room for boat trailer plus one car. Outside shower and fish cleaning sink on dock. You can enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean from rockers on the back porch, as you relax and forget about the stresses you left behind at home.

Our home is a smoke free environment and no pets are allowed. Sorry for any inconviences.

Great location; quick walk to the beach. House was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that there were no staples such as salt/pepper, non-stick spray, Keurig pods for the Keurig, or extra toilet paper rolls (just a roll that was leftover from previous guests).

A Week at the Beach

The weather was beautiful. We walked to the beach daily. The back deck was wonderful for relaxing, eating lunch, or having a drink. Inside was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was great.We even got to see a baby turtle hatch and make its way to the ocean!It would have been nice to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

Good Holiday Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this home over Memorial Day weekend! The house was acceptably clean and located in a great location, close to local attractions. One of the highlights was having the boat with us; it made exploring the area so much fun. Overall, a wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay July 2025. The house was clean, recently updated with a new back deck. The kids spent many hours fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks away. Mattress in primary bedroom could be replaced. Owner was helpful with our questions we asked before our stay.

We enjoyed our second year at the Beach Bungalow! Cannot beat the location - close to the beach, shops, and park. We loved fishing off the dock and rented kayaks to explore the canals.

Favorite vacation spot

We have stayed several years in a row now, and we are so happy we found this place. The location is perfect. My boys love fishing in the canal. All the kids love riding their bikes to the ice cream shop and putt putt. Plenty of space for cars, bikes, grilling under the house. We love the outside shower. The kitchen is stocked with everything we need to cook full meals for everyone. The back porch is a wonderful spot to read and relax. It’s always clean and comfortable inside. 10/10. Love it.

The house is as advertised with convenient beach access and ample parking. The beds are comfortable and the living room seating is great for TV watching in the evening after the beach and dinner. It was our second stay here and we will stay at this property again.

Sweet OIB house

House is a clean well-equipped home near a public access to the beach. This was our 3rd time renting a OIB beach house and it is, by far, the best one we’ve taken at a reasonable price for the week.

This place was perfect for my husband and our kids (3 and 5). Perfect location, close beach access and the screen porch was delightful for breakfast and other meals. Owner was excellent communicator. We could have stayed another week and would definitely rent this property again.
