Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de la plage sur l'ßle Seabrook pour le prix que Pelican Watch Villas! Ceci est une belle, mise à jour au premier étage, une chambre, 2 villa de salle de bains! Des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de nouveaux meubles, un cùble et un accÚs Internet attendent votre visite.

La villa a un sol en carrelage ancré par de beaux tapis. Les teintes vertes et dorées sont accentuées par des touches de mobilier rouge et blanc éclatant. Le canapé dans le salon a un lit gigogne queen size pour un couchage supplémentaire. L'armoire contient un grand téléviseur HD et un lecteur DVD. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement et la cuisine s'ouvre sur le salon, ce qui facilite les repas. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils et des armoires. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse empilés aussi. Le meilleur de tous, vous avez une vue imprenable sur l'eau de la surface habitable de cette villa!

Hors du hall est une salle de bain complÚte avec une douche permettant à vos invités de leur propre espace. Continuez dans le couloir jusqu'à la chambre principale qui a un lit king size, une nouvelle TVHD et une salle de bain complÚte attenante avec une douche / baignoire.

Cette villa Pelican Watch offre une vue imprenable sur le fleuve Edisto depuis le pont. Il y a une table pour quatre personnes - l'endroit idéal pour savourer un café le matin ou un apéritif en aprÚs-midi. Sortez du pont en direction de Pelican Beach! Il y a un chemin de promenade menant à cette belle plage naturelle. Regardez les dolphins gambader et le chalut des crevettiÚres. We loved this spot. The views were amazing, and it was perfect for the two of us and our pup. So appreciated the amenity passes being included. Loved the beach pool and restaurant. Very peaceful vacation. Only issue was every time we used the washing machine, it gave an error code, even with two items. Other than that it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Ty

Pet Friendly at the beach

The villa was a great place for the family over an extended weekend with the family dog in tow. It was spacious, and had all the necessary amenities to make a stay at the beach lovely.

We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was charming. We loved having breakfast on the deck and watching the deer each morning. Seabrook is a gem. It's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy quality family time. Sidenote: There were wasp making a nest outside on the deck. We didn't see any spary so we called maintenance. He said he would come and spray, but never did.

Very Relaxing

My family had a great time, always enjoy coming to Seabrook Island. The condo was excellent, very clean, with extra cleaning supplies, check in was simple and ready hours early, the staff were very communicative so we were prepared for the entire trip from reservation to check out. Also extremely pet friendly and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be staying with Coastal Getaways again.

Beautiful conso

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condominium. It is located at the far end of Seabrook much closer to Kiawah river inlet and the beach is very private. Our only complaint was weather didn’t cooperate, but our stay was great.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! This was our third visit but our first stay at this property. It is beautiful! So well stocked and decorated. Thoughtful touches like nightlight’s. It was so easy to take our Yorkie for a walk just a few steps out of the villa. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for pets.

Perfect location with the beach just steps away. In the morning and evening you can see deer grazing from the patio. Ideal beaches with soft sand and minimal waves. Good for pets and young children. Couples will enjoy the soft sand and nature. You can see dolphins swimming.

Perfect getaway

The villa was very clean, dog friendly and close to the beach. We loved the porch area, just wish it had a couch or hammock to relax on while reading on rainy days. We also loved the entry system with the key box but I would feel more comfortable with a lock on the back door going to the beach as well. It was very quiet and relaxing and we will definitely be coming back.

Lowkey getaway

If you want to get away to a peaceful beach scene, this Seabrook has it. We enjoyed the proximity and access to the beach that this property had, and the area was very dog friendly. When we arrived everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the cooking tools and appliances that we needed to cook all week. I will be recommending this place to friends and family and we hope to visit again in the future!

The perfect getaway!

We LOVED our weekend at Pelican Watch on Seabrook Island! The location was amazing and it was so nice being able to walk right out to the beach. We loved everything about the condo! The only issue we had was when we had noisy upstairs neighbors the first 2 nights of our stay. After they left, it was very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island!

Quiet getaway

Pleasantly surprised by the quiet location, and we loved being able to walk to the river directly from the unit. Perfect for our dog. Nice to have 2 full baths in this lovely one-bedroom unit. Our only disappointment was not being able to walk on the sand all the way around to the ocean side, because of the erosion.

Pelican Watch Villa October beach vacation

The most serene and quiet beach vacation location ever! The sunsets at Pelican Watch Villas were just awesome! Its a quick walk on the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Excellent accomodations. Unit was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. Seabrook Island is beautiful. The only negative comment ia that it was at least a 30 or 40 min drive to destinations such as shopping and restaurants outside of Seabrook Island. Fresh Fields grocery store was convenient and a bit of a drive from Pelican Watch Villas. Will consider returning and recommending this location if you want a quiet relaxing getaway. .
