Located on the lower level of our home in an upscale development, we offer our guests absolute privacy with the assurance that we are closeby should any need or question arise.
There's nothing better than a good night's sleep in the mountains, and you're sure to sleep like a baby on your comfortable king bed with 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, laundered without dyes or perfumes. The bedroom, which can be darkened even in the daytime, has it's own TV, a recliner, and the convenience of a large en suite bathroom with tub/shower, plush luxury bath towels, and hair dryer.
Whether you plan to cook gourmet meals or just make morning coffee during your visit, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, featuring all brand-new appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, and coffee maker. The kitchen's bar area seats 3 and opens into the spacious living room, where the plush sofa offers a great place for a nap or for watching your favorite TV show.
Your private entrance features a 10 x 10 deck with majestic mountainside views and fresh air amidst a rhododendron grove. It's a great place for breakfast before a hike or shopping excursion, and it's the perfect spot for a drink in the afternoon before heading out to dinner at a nearby restaurant, to a concert or the theatre.
A private washer/dryer and iron in the apartment make laundry convenient for those planning longer visits. You'll also appreciate the central AC/Heat, ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans, Wifi (please note that our DSL service -- although the fastest available -- accommodates only limited UP-load speed), and 2 flatscreen satellite TVs offering all major pay/premium stations.
Those wanting a place to get away from their everyday routine will appreciate the fact that cell-phone reception here on the mountain can be limited.
Located within 15 minutes of downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville Airport, Asheville Mall, and many other major places of interest, this mountainside refuge offers the best of the area's beauty and conveniences.

Jeff is an elementary school teacher and Tim is a professional musician and small business owner. We've been happy together for 15 and enjoy hiking, theatre, travel, food, and spending time with friends and family.

Cozy & comfotable mountain apartment!
Tim’s place was super clean, cozy and perfect for our visit to Asheville. His place is in the mountains, but close to grocery stores, restaurants and not far from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine & the Mountain view was so relaxing! Thanks Tim!!
Quiet, Beautiful Place!
My husband and I had a fabulous time! The apartment was clean and spacious. It was close enough to town but far enough away to make you feel like you were out in the mountains. We loved it and very much enjoyed our stay in Asheville!

This is our favorite place to stay! We won’t stay anywhere else when we come to Asheville! Super nice, cozy, and close to everything!
The sunrise, the view and the stars make this a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential supplies to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tim left us a nice bottle of wine, some bottled water, juice and snacks upon our arrival. The property is located in a nice area of town where grocery stores are a just couple miles away and you can hear the birds chirping in the mornings, no cars just nature. During our recent trip we had some overnight snow. The property looked like a winter wonderland. Tim messaged us that morning to make sure we had enough food for breakfast until the snow was clear from the road. We had a wonderful stay and Tim gave us some good recommendations on restaurants, towns to visit and even told us where the local dog park was. We had a great visit.
Clean & comfy lil place
It was a cute lil place for a getaway, completely separate from the rest of the house. Great kitchen stocked with all supplies needed for cooking. Comfy Kingbed. Overall clean & nice!
Beautiful getaway close to everything!
This beautiful 1/1 is nestled in the hills yet only 3 miles from the main road that takes you to Downtown, Biltmore, south to Sierra Nevada Brewery, and minutes from the Blue Ridge parkway. The apartment has everything you need, with complimentary snacks, juice water and a bottle of wine. Very comfortable king size bed, I usually do not sleep well in hotels, but did just fine here. Would definitely come back.

Nightly rate is for a maximum 2-person occupancy. Should the guest party include a third person, there will be an additional charge of $45.00 per night. Occupancy is recommended not to exceed two persons. The maximum occupancy is limited to three persons, which is limited to fewer than 7 nights. Special rates and minimum stay requirements may apply to special events, holidays, and peak seasons.
