Hidden Treasure Near Downtown!

Our private guest room with deck and private entrance is ready for you! The room is part of a 2010 addition to our 1890's home. We live on nearly two acres tucked away right near Downtown Asheville. Just a 15 minute walk to some of our region's most fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries and fun! Our property boarders the University of North Carolina Asheville campus. We are also very close to Asheville Botanical Gardens, North Asheville Tailgate Market, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. There is a queen bed and bath with a large walk in shower. Included is a small area with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle. We also stock locally roasted coffee with accompaniments and a selection of tea.

Mary was an excellent and attentive host. She met us in person to check in and gave us great recommendations for local sights and restaurants. The property is gorgeous and not too far from downtown Asheville. Highly recommend.

The owners were so sweet and hospitable. The room was exactly as described but even better. It was such a relaxing space and in a wonderful location. My partner and I brought our bikes and we were able to ride them to get around town along the conveniently located greenway system. Would love to come back.

This was our third stay at this lovely property and we will stay there every time we visit Asheville. Not only are the hosts excellent in every way, the apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is walkable to downtown.

The one word I can use to summarize this property is WOW! I was in Asheville to move my daughter into the university and this was in just the right location to do that. And I wish I could’ve given the value more more than than five stars because it’s just such a more comfortable place to stay than a hotel IMO. Plus, there is ample parking, which is not always the case with some Asheville VRBO. It was like a little oasis inside of a city. The hosts were super nice but in no way intrusive. The landscaping of the grounds is amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you need for a wonderful day.
