We wanted to be near several activities, the mountains, and Dollywood. This was a great choice. Indoor, outdoor pools, and splash pad worked well for our large family. The facility had friendly and visible security staff watching out for us. In unit washer/dryers were great. We loved having elevator access with luggage carts to drag our things in and out.

We had an excellent stay at Governor’s Crossing in Sevierville! The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the area.The staff and hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and everything else smooth and hassle-free.The amenities were fantastic. The pool was clean, well-kept, and a great place to unwind, and the gym had everything we needed for a quick workout while on vacation.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Governor’s Crossing to anyone visiting the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area

Check in and check out was very easy. A little pressure from time share salesman but other than that it was great. Condo unit was exceptional. Also the location at Governor’s Crossing can’t be beat. Easy in and out. Will definitely stay at this resort again.
