Enjoy Beautiful Gulf Coast views from this fabulous townhome in the quiet, personal, beach-side community of Beau Clair. It is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy feel of a home away from home.

From the master balcony, you can step out and have your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The light colors in the decor will transport you to the beach-feeling even while you are inside, while the splash of colorful pillows provides a feel for the local culture. Fully equipped, guests have visited for 3 days to 90 days. It is perfect for you no matter the length of your stay. The back deck faces east with great beach views. The front porch faces west, like the balcony, and works wonderfully for morning coffee and soothing sunsets. Better yet, simply take your favorite drink and go sit on the seawall to watch sunrises, sunsets, and moon rises!

This 2-story townhome features a large and open 1st floor with living room, dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating. There is a half-bath and a laundry room with stacked washer & dryer. The place is comfortable and inviting and has plenty of natural light. It features a large flat-screen TV. A private WiFi network is provided for your convenience.

Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (upper level). The master suite includes a queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and a full-size shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and adjoining full bathroom including a tub & shower. Large closets and storage complement each of the bedrooms.

Listed as one of the top Beaches in America, you will see why when you walk on the sugar-white sand, and gaze at the barrier islands. The beautiful coast is lined with gulf waters, white sand, giant oak trees all topped off by a never-ending blue sky with fast moving clouds. Just lay back and enjoy the warm sun and views!

Restaurants are just 2 minutes in either directions and farmers markets, antiquing, casinos, paved walking/jogging path, fishing, golf, museums, art studios, discount mall shopping, boutiques, water parks and more are all within a 15 minute drive along Beach Boulevard. The pictures don't do it justice. The town home sits in a small beautiful community on Long Beach. The home was clean, had plenty of supplies and has great views of the beach! Pur son especially loved the bunk beds in spare bedroom. I loved sitting on the back porch in the early mornings enjoying the view of beach while drinkomg my morning coffee.The hosts were very kind, very accommodating and quick to reply to my messages! We even ran into the housekeeping crew and they gave us great recommendations on local places to check out!We will definitely return here on our next trip!

Plenty of parking. There is an accessible ramp up from parking lot to condo entrance. But once inside you will have stairs to bedrooms. Couch was comfy enough that you could sleep on if mobility is an issue. Our lock was programmed incorrectly and this was fixed immediately upon figuring out what happened. View from back deck is beautiful looking down through the trees to beach. (Not private however we never saw anyone else out there while we were there in mornings) however chairs were not super comfortable. Could use some cushions. We also sat out on the front community patio area in the comfy chairs with foot rests. You can also see the gulf from front. Primary bedroom queen bed is an adjustable bed. Which made my stay much more comfortable as I have one at home. And have a bad back so it was great. 2nd bedroom is wall to wall beds. It is difficult to see tv or to have room to bring a chair in to sit and view tv. (Son brought Xbox for evenings)Pool is not large, but was not crowded so just the right size. Would definitely stay again with Marty and Aimee.
