Welcome to Blue Horizons, proudly hosted by Carolina Landings, located in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island.

Blue Horizons is an 8-bedroom, 6-bath coastal retreat designed to comfortably sleep up to 20 guests for large families and group gatherings.

Two true king suites, an in-home elevator, and sweeping ocean and sound views create a rare blend of comfort and ease. The open main level brings everyone together with a spacious living area, oversized dining table, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen—perfect for shared meals and relaxed time together.

Four full-length decks provide plenty of outdoor seating, sunrise and sunset views, and space for everyone to spread out.

We’re excited to share a new outdoor upgrade—a gas fire pit with a beautiful stone seating area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. It’s an ideal spot for s’mores, sunset drinks, and relaxed evenings with family and friends. Photos coming soon!

For April visitors, beach access is an easy walk just down the street at the public access near Mile Marker 19 (just south of La Costa Bay), approximately 10–12 homes from the property. For added convenience, guests may drop off beach gear and passengers nearby before returning to park. A brand-new beach crossover directly across from the home is expected to be completed in April or early May.

After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the seasonal community pool (open Memorial Day - October, not heated). A brand-new EV charger makes travel easy for electric vehicle guests.

Every bedroom has convenient access to a full bathroom, and the home is stocked with thoughtful extras including sound machines, beach towels, and beach gear.
